Never book at Capital O Pavilion Permata ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธYesterday booked on Agoda. This accommodation is still under the OYO company. When I checked in, I was given room no. 637 and 639. Both are VERY MESSY.Room 639 SMELLS OF CIGARETTES, TV is not working properly, there is no WIFI in any room (does not match the description on Agoda). WIFI is only in the lobby of tower 1, while the rooms are only in tower 2. That's hilarious.Still in room 639. The bed sheets are really dirty. There are red stains and spots like blood. There was loose hair on the mattress. LEAKING SINK. The AC also LEAKED. There is SAMBEL on the floor of the room near the mattress even though you just asked to sweep and mop it!? The door can't be jammed. The AC remote doesn't turn on the screen. The rest, just look at the photo.In room 637 suddenly the shower made annoying noises and the water came out on its own, to my horror I was half dead. Where are the room lights so dim again!? The room was very damp, lots of black mold ๐ทJust judge for yourself from the photos. Hopefully with this review not many people will be fooled ๐๐ป

The room is really uninhabitable, not worth renting, the floor is super dirty, the sheets are musty, the bathroom smells of urine, the walls are moldy and there are footprints๐ฅฒ the only thing that works is the AC. The other is big no. It's true that the photo and the original are different

For the positives first:(+)-owner is very kind and super friendly.- the unit is very clean and tidy.- AC works well.-Super fast WiFi(-)-The first number clearly pays in every time a courier orders food and a package for every delivery comes in. Pays 4000. For us, we can receive packages and food orders 8x a day.Then this is clearly a problem if the occupant is not at home, the driver will obviously continue to contact because of the additional parking fee.-The apartment collaborates with Oyo and the drinking water company specifically for the CLEO brand only. So the owner is obliged to have a gallon of Cleo, because again the first problem is, if you buy another brand of water outside, there will be parking fees and transportation services for the gallon to the unit, and the gallon of water usually runs out every 2 days.- I don't know why, but this time the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working properly, so it felt very stuffy and hot in the bathroom.

Previously I stayed at OYO Pavilion Permata without any problems, but after my stay last Tuesday I decided not to stay here again. Obstacles I experienced:1. When checking in we were asked for an additional fee of 68,000 for 3D2N by the receptionist on the grounds that the price in the application was too cheap. Coincidentally, at that time I booked this hotel via the pegiยฒ application. From the start, it was strange, this is the first time an additional fee has been asked for, even though they usually never do. Then we complained to Pegiยฒ and the CS said that "Generally there are no additional fees, Sis, as long as there are no requests such as checking in early or anything else according to the hotel policy." Even though we checked in at 14.05 which means there is no early check in. Then we tried to complain to OYO directly but there was no response. And we were careless in not asking for a receipt regarding the additional costs. Are these additional fees really OYO's policy or are they just individuals?2. When I entered the room I was really shocked when I saw the pillow which was full of saliva and there was no pillowcase, the sheets were dull, there was no mat, no drink and no bath soap.From that incident you decided not to stay here again when traveling to Surabaya. Thank You.

Very uglyFrom the start, I already booked via the application but added another fee on the grounds that the price was below standardThe room ordered a smoking room, there was no smoking room, the pillow sheets were all dirty with slime, smelled of urine, the cable supports were loose, the trash can was out of orderThe point is, wes, just going to OYO once is enough because the results are very disappointing

Staff not friendly.When I wanted to check in, I was told to add 50 thousand, because the price at Oyo was not updated/appropriate.Dirty bathroom & closet. The sheets looked like they had never been replaced, they were no longer white. Only got one towel. There is only 1 trash can in the bathroom.AC is cold, water is smooth, hot water is ok.But I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Dirty room. Lights off. The bed sheets are crumpled. The walls are dirty & there are lots of lipstick marks. ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ. Does not match expectations and pictures. Swimming pools are also in different locations in different buildings.

The room is dirty, especially under the bed. The sheets were also dirty, they looked really dirty. The TV couldn't be seen because the antenna wasn't working. The hot water in the bathroom also doesn't work. The door that separates the bathroom and bed is also broken as if someone had punched it๐
in a pandemic time like this, cleanliness should be prioritized, especially if there are customers who bring children...

I would give a negative star if possible because the room is very disgusting, there are lots of cockroaches and the blanket has a lot of stains, then the toilet smells of urine and finally under the bed there is a lot of dirt that has never been cleaned and the AC is not cold, there is a lot of dust.

The receptionist, who is a bitchy girl who thinks people pay, is treated as if she were a hitchhiker. That's really annoying. I was in room 631, the bathroom was broken, the shower jet was so bad it couldn't make a toilet. Asked to exchange rooms and said there were no vacancies. No more songs if you go to Surabaya, stay here

*If possible I would give "0" stars.Ordered 2 rooms for 2 days, got rooms 628 and 631, the rooms smelled, the sheets and pillows were all brown, dirty, with lipstick marks. In the end, we didn't stay overnight and the officer said we couldn't get a refund... That same night, we immediately left to look for the right hotel.

There is no cell signal even though hello, the room is dirty, there are lots of cobwebs, the sheets and pillowcases are dirty, the electricity has been filled with tokens, it's still down, very disappointing.

Rooms that are not well maintained... given towels, 1 person staying even though 2 people... no glasses of drinking water and what's worse, the electricity goes down every 15 minutes... the service is quiet like this... it's even better RED DOORS

If you could give me a rating below 1 star, that would be it. The service is very bad, the receptionist is very unfriendly, just entering it makes you annoyed. The room is dirty, the walls are damp, the bathroom is very dirty and smelly, the pillows are also dirty, especially the AC is not cold at all and the AC is also leaking. I asked to move I couldn't get the room because the room was full. I checked in at 2 and at 5 in the afternoon I checked out because the place was not comfortable at all, not recommended.
