Even after 100 apartments, there are still surprises.The house is tastefully furnished with lots of decorations.Plus the most modern comfort.The kitchen equipment is exceptionally extensive. Nothing is missing. The FH is clearly our number one for FHs up to 100 euros.There are even bathrobes.Nice bathroom with shower.Spacious rooms, good double bed.Plus a roof terrace!Only the emergency bed in the living room is out of the ordinary. I couldn't sleep there. But there is an alternative.The hosts are very friendly and helpful.You just have to feel comfortable here. Absolute peace and quiet, pleasantly cool at outside temperatures of30 degrees.Many books and games are available.We used the voucher for the decorative barn, everyone will find something here.The recommendation, the Restaurant Di Andrea, was a hit.

Unique accommodation, the whole house is available. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Parking in front of the house. As a bonus, you can buy gifts or stylish decorations for your own household or garden in the house next door. The owners are very nice people, we would always like to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the Deko-Scheune in picturesque Naila near the Franconian Forest! Our short workation was simply perfect. The holiday home not only offered us cozy and comfortable accommodation, but also an inspiring environment to work productively. The furnishings were charming and lovingly designed, which created a pleasant atmosphere.In addition to our work, we were also able to explore the beautiful surroundings. The numerous hiking trails in the Franconian Forest were an absolute highlight. We enjoyed exploring the green forests and scenic landscapes and recharging our batteries.The hosts of the Deko-Scheune were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made us feel at home right from the start and were always available to help us with any questions or concerns.Overall, we can unreservedly recommend the decorative barn. It is the ideal place for a successful work session in the middle of nature. Many thanks to the hosts for an unforgettable time! We will definitely come back.

Very loving and warm! The host is a very lovely woman and the apartment is really nice and you feel comfortable and welcome. Someone here has really put a lot of thought into: What do I need in a holiday apartment in order to feel comfortable and get along well. Everything was clean and great facilities. No wish remains unfulfilled. We will definitely and happily come back. Great if you want to go to the Bad Steben thermal baths. Thank you! Our girls' weekend was a complete success.

We really liked this magical, lovingly designed house.We enjoyed the excellent support from the Keim family (landlord) both in advance and on site.The area is excellent for hiking. The “Höllental” hiking area is within walking distance.We have already planned our next stay.
