Minus stars minus1000 rent in hand in black got for 3 month we are still waiting for the rent contractApartment upstairs in a very very very dirty condition. We're not even allowed to flush until 7 a.m. tomorrow because the toilet is very oldAso 3 people in black in the apartment and in the morning the toilet smells great 🤮 slept on the floor for a month because the beds were broken and I and my friend were always told everyone, hello you bed!! Told me to help with cleaning the room, didn't register me and didn't pay me for my hourly workNow we know why there are so many negative reviewsMy friend is still waiting for more than 1000 euros because of work hoursDan the family lies that we broke things, that's not true, the apartment is full of mold and the toilet is very old. Aso we want our paid work as you got our 1000 euro rent in hand

This landlord was not tidy. He behaved rudely and shouted at us because we supposedly didn't ventilate enough, which caused the dampness. He didn't pay back the deposit for the reason mentioned, the room was cold, the cupboards and the bed were wobbly.Because of the new, well-sealed windows, he set the thermostat to minimum but it was really cold. The problem arose when we asked for the thermostat to be moved so we wouldn't freeze.He did this on the third day and as soon as he saw us arrive he came to check the moisture on the windows, opened the windows all the way and screamed.We behaved normally, opened windows morning and evening. I wonder what would happen if someone took a long shower or cooked. We only slept there a few nights and left before the paid period expired.Unprecedented psychotic behavior caused by nothing!Caution! Don't give him a deposit, anything without confirmation, although it's definitely best to avoid this property.

We recently spent a few days there and loved it! The rooms and apartments are completely new, the facilities were great for us - there is even a washing machine. Price/performance fits! The landlord family is very nice and gives tips if necessary! The location right on the swimming lake is great and if you don't want to cook, there is also a tavern next door. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Everything is clean and new but unfortunately cheap Ike... Furnishings, stressed landlords and for the services...not ok in terms of price! The “tavern” next door has been newly renovated but the interior design leaves a lot to be desired! Here too the prices are unreasonable!

Very great holiday home, the apartment has a bed, wardrobe, kitchenette, stove, oven, refrigerator, bathroom, shower, toilet, washing machine, TV satellite reception and free WiFi, underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom. Self-provider. I can only recommend it. There is even a swimming lake.

These are very nice apartments, washing machine, oven, two hotplates, fridge, very bright room, flat screen is inside, there is a lot of family and you can laugh a lot with them and help out if you have a problem... I can only say that it is a wonderful week was beautiful house
