I was a guest at Langwaden Monastery for 2 days. I felt very comfortable. A beautiful, quiet, contemplative place. The room is nicely furnished, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very modern. Nothing is missing. The breakfast was delicious, there was everything your heart could desire! The staff was very friendly.

Recommended for a quiet break. However, anyone who confuses the monastery with a normal hotel is not sufficiently informed. The monastery is still active. That's why the prayer bell sometimes rings at 6:15 a.m. and WiFi is only available in public areas. The rooms are comfortably furnished and the breakfast is also okay.

We had a delicious meal here in the beer garden. The portions are plentiful, the prices are just ok. The service is OK. A bit slow when clearing away, we weren't even asked for more drinks. But it was also quite full. A playground for the children is great.

Very nice monastery with a restaurant and beer garden. Have been here several times on bike tours. A place to reflect in the spacious park. The beer garden offers brewery cuisine at reasonable prices and a particularly affordable daily special. (e.g.Fresh bratwurst, savoy cabbage, mashed potatoes for €7.95) The Klosterbräu light and dark brewed according to the monastery recipe in the Bolten Brewery, Korschenbroich is also very tasty. Nice ambience, sculpture park and large herb garden

There's a nice view from the outside and that's it for the delight. Overall, I don't recommend it. The breakfast was terrible in terms of quantity and quality. The rooms are so-so, there is a problem with the internet, wifi only works in the corridors. Overall, very poor

The hospitality and the rooms are excellent. Large, very clean, extremely comfortable beds. Cozy and warm even in the depths of winter. The silence there is particularly noteworthy. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. You shouldn't notice any of the hustle and bustle of the beer garden and the summer activities because the guest house faces the monastery garden.The breakfast is also completely sufficient and delicious. Parking right next to the house in the large park. All in all a very nice guest house.

This place is just amazing, we always order cakes there. Tastes very tasty! Great service, especially 2 lovely waiters Kevin and Nico. They try to implement the wishes as much as possible. The restaurant is far away from our house, but that doesn't bother us)))))

We have been guests many times.The food there is of good quality. The monastery beer also tastes very good. The staff is polite, but there is one exception. The head waiter; who reprimands the guests with a red barrier. We've gotten used to it now, but we haven't gone there often since. Internally we just call it “the chain”.
