Ok so this place is fine but some major issues to solve and it could be great.Service is great and friendly.Location is good and in a great spot.Rooms are nice, modern and clean BUTPillows are awful.Curtains are absolutely horrendous and ruined my stay. They just don’t keep any light out whatsoever, so you wake up in a completely bright room at 7am, which SUCKS when you get to bed at 6am!!

We want to express our satisfaction with our stay in your apartment. The room was cozy and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bathroom was also a positive point, it was clean and well equipped.In addition, the location of the aparthotel is excellent, since it is very close to the city center, which allowed us to easily enjoy the most important tourist places.However, there are two details that we would like to mention. The mattress on the bed, which we found a little hard and not very comfortable. Although it is not a serious problem, we hope you can consider replacing it with a softer one in the future.We also had a problem but it was resolved without major consequences and with a willingness on the part of the staff to resolve it.Overall, our stay was very positive and we appreciated the attention and service of your team. The location and amenities of the apartment make it a great option for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place in the heart of the city.

I stayed 3 nights in the circus living. The place is new and well designed, the location is also ok and the staff is super friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend as it is super noisy (train station and huge construction in the front) and super hot. I had 3 awful nights. The people in the construction in front worked until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep.

These are great little apartments. The rooms are brand new and comfortable with large bathrooms. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. The building was easy to get to, a short walk from Ostbahnhof. Construction is complete and the building is comfortable and clean. Everything seemed to be functioning well and my visit was smooth. Would definitely come back.

new boarding house. Very friendly staff, they even accompanied us to the room. large rooms with pantry and large bathroom. Cheap prices for Berlin. 10% cheaper if you book directly on the website. Great roof terrace exclusively for guests. Unfortunately no air conditioning, but you could borrow a fan. would love to come back.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Circus Living for the entire month of May 2024, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Despite some ongoing construction at the front of the building, my stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the amazing team of staff and the cozy, well-appointed studios.First and foremost, the staff at The Circus Living are truly exceptional. A special shoutout to Mia and Suzanne, whose warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel right at home from day one. They were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. I also want to highlight the property manager, Sher Jan, who was a lifesaver when I had a technical issue with the internet. His prompt and efficient assistance ensured I could stay connected without any hassle.The comfort of the studios deserves a mention as well. They are thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you could need, making it a perfect home away from home. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the stylish décor added a touch of elegance to the space.One of the highlights of my stay was the café on the property. Every single staff member there made the best Latte with oatmeal milk that I’ve ever had! Their friendly service and barista skills made my mornings something to look forward to.The location of The Circus Living is also a major plus. Situated close to Holzmarkt, Berghain, and Ostbahnhof Station, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to dive into Berlin’s vibrant nightlife or take a quick train ride to the city centre, everything was within easy reach.In summary, my stay at The Circus Living was fantastic, thanks to the superb team of staff, the comfortable and stylish studios, and the excellent location. Great place. The apartments are modern and clean with all the amenities you’d want. Super friendly staff too.There is a lot of construction outside at the moment but it didn’t impact the stay negatively. The blinds were good at blocking out the outside noise (and light) at night that the noise didn’t bother us at all.Would happily stay there again.

New apartment complex within walking distance of the center. The rooms are neat and clean and fully furnished and everything is in stock. The team will do everything in its power to give you a hospitable welcome. I read complaints about the noise, but that is no more than in any major capital in my experience. The rooms can indeed get warm (no air conditioning), but the door to the outside can simply be opened and it cools down very quickly. It is also nice that the station "Ostbahnhof" is almost around the corner, making it easily accessible.If you want to be close to the center of the city (about a 30 minute walk) in a new studio for not too much money then I can definitely recommend this location! On my next visit I will definitely see if there is room here.

catastrophic waste management! Where are we supposed to put our non-recyclable garbage (e.g. food scraps)? The trash cans present are full and clearly there are not enough trash cans for the entire residence!

A new house with super nice rooms.The staff is very friendly and absolutely relaxed.However, one must say about the location that it borders directly on a railway line and a large construction site. The windows and doors insulate the noise quite well, but the room gets warm very quickly. The rooms are very modern and chic, and the kitchen is also fully equipped. The water pressure and hot water supply in the shower should be reconsidered.Overall, I feel very comfortable here, even if I have to compromise on some things.

A cool project with potential. Very courteous and hard-working staff who really give their all despite the circumstances! The outside area is currently not finished and there are still a few small construction sites inside. The rooms and the lobby are really good and everything is new. Very centrally located.
