I don't understand the bad reviews. There is a wet room in the room and cooking facilities. Fridge in the room. The location is phenomenal. In the green directly on the Weser. I feel comfortable here.

Last hole, no WiFi, no TV, no real shopping opportunities, etc.!The ideal place for alcoholics and drug addicts, but not for couples. Landlord totally unfriendly and so on!0.0 stars

Would give 0 stars if possible. The landlord is very unfriendly and has a loose mouth, there is a threat that the dogs will bite you as soon as you enter the garden (dogs run freely and are aggressive). The landlord doesn't know his own property and it's very messy, the rooms are covered in mold and the floor is dirty. You wouldn't walk around there without shoes.

The owner and landlord of some of the apartments there is very unfriendly. The apartments are in very poor condition. The rental apartments are infested with mold.
