This was our second stay at Arbio Apartments. While everything was wonderful the first time, this time we had mixed experiences. The location is still a big plus - you can get to the lively districts of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg super quickly and have many leisure options right around the corner.However, this time we had to change rooms as we made 2 bookings separately. That was a bit inconvenient, but at least we were offered an earlier check-in, which we found to be a positive thing.Unfortunately there were some deficiencies in the new room (No. 15): No landline reception, which meant that calls could neither be made nor received. The beds (in all rooms) were unfortunately very uncomfortable, as the mattresses were so worn out that you constantly slipped into the middle. In the bathroom we discovered mold on the ceiling and the light only worked sporadically. In addition, the room was not completely clean and we found leftover food from previous guests.We would be pleased if the hotel could improve these aspects in order to offer future guests the high quality that we experienced on our first visit.

Not made for business trips - Unfortunately my experience was not that positive, main issue is the impossibility to get an invoice for your company, all you get is a message on the Booking.com app, despite I have called and emailed them many times.The room is nicely furnished, but I suggest asking not to be in the ones at the ground floor. I had no air conditioning and the vent was broken without the possibility of calling for assistance. I had to sleep with the window open which is directly on the street, and even with ear plugs you can hear cars and people all night long.Position is great, so if you are looking to travel for leisure, not in warm months, I suggest asking for a upper floor and you will be good to go.If it is for work, I suggest not to book with them.

Well, this is an awesome luxury building with concierge service located in the center of everything in Berlin, but still quiet. The Spree river with East Side Gallery is just in front and many restaurants, bars and clubs are close. Could not be better.

Complex of beautiful apartments, clean, quiet, super organized and with modern furnishings and every type of comfort (dishwasher, Dyson, iron).I really recommend it if you want to spend some days in Berlin having an excellent quality/price ratio.

Great location for a few days in Berlin, bus stop pretty much outside and train station less than 15 minutes walking. Cool views of the remaining section of the wall.Apartment was nice, would definitely recommend staying here

A fantastic apartment complex for a getaway to Berlin. I increasingly like apartments more than hotels 😃 because the kitchen is very useful for dinners and breakfasts.Very close to the O2 Arena 🎶They have double glazing 🪟 which makes them practically soundproof. Also next door is the avenue with the emblematic murals 🖌️Elevator, large spaces and according to European regulations to be accessible to people with reduced mobility ♿️ and also for families with baby strollers 👶

I recently stayed at "Pure Living Apartments" and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location of the apartment is perfect, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood but still close to all the main attractions (Literally in front of Berlin Wall) and public transportation. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.But what truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing service provided by our host, Luka. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure that we had a fantastic stay.During our stay, we encountered a few minor issues, but Luka was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us resolve them. He truly went out of his way to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.I would highly recommend "Pure Living" to anyone visiting Berlin. The apartment is great, but Luka's exceptional service truly sets it apart and makes it a truly memorable experience. Five stars!

My boyfriend and I stayed at pure living for a few days when we visited Berlin. The location is great especially when you like the studentvibe. The room itself was very clean and cozy. Also Luka, the owner is really chill. He gave us recommendations for nice restaurants and even let us check in two hours prior to the official check-in. Really recommend!
