Perfect place to stay for a few days to visit the beauty city of Bremen. The bad reviews for this place are clearly placed before a renovation took place. It's clean, friendly staff and in one of the most vivid areas of Bremen, much nicer then staying in the old town.

We initially had a good impression, but were immediately very disappointed:+ The cleanliness left a lot to be desired: next to the bed there was a greasy glass table on each side (really disgusting, we didn't want to put our glasses on it and covered the bedside tables with papers) and in the (large) shower there was part of a broken mosaic tile, me almost stepped in+ It smelled musty, like poorly dried laundry+ Complaints on the day of arrival were only answered 2 days later (weekend vacation, but as a landlord I have to be reachable?) and were in no way resolved, not even a regret....+ A 20 cm wide locker for each of us, each with 2 clothes hangers and space at the top for 2 pairs of socks - otherwise no storage space for laundry, for a whole week! We carried chairs from the kitchen to the bedroom because we didn't know where to put our clothes...+ the desk announced in the description was missing, I sat at the (round) kitchen table in the evening with makeshift lighting from the floor lamp that I got from the living room...+ even though the minimum rental period was 7 days, each of us had 2 towels and there was a single drying towel in the kitchen! When we complained, after 4 days we received another 2 towels and drying sheets for the kitchen. We were told we would have to buy our own toilet paper...An apartment for 2 people that costs 95 euros (!) per day, i.e. is comparatively expensive, should be clean and better equipped and, above all, have friendlier service. Not only was there no personal greeting or any kind gesture (chocolate? wine?), but when we asked, we were put in our place in an unfriendly manner. This arrived in an inhospitable and unprofessional manner (I wouldn't risk my guests' dissatisfaction for 2 rolls of toilet paper...). Therefore: No recommendation.(Thank God our experiences in Bremen with holiday apartments before and after have always been very positive: clean, nice, friendly - and at half the price.)

Unfortunately, the initial good impression was quickly marred by a complicated key handover via a restaurant, a broken light in the bedroom and a TV that didn't work. This was remedied immediately after being tipped off, but the harsh and unfriendly advice to lock the outside door, which another party had neglected to do, was surprisingly unpleasant. On Sunday there was no way out. The landlady's urgent telephone request in the morning to open the door - due to deadline pressure - was granted after a waiting period, but a barrage of insults with which the guest was then insulted in the worst possible way was so unexpected and inappropriate that I... Unfortunately I can't give any recommendations here.

Beautiful, quiet holiday apartment close to the tranquil banks of the Weser on one side and the lively Ostertorsteinweg on the other.A garage is included in the price and makes sense as parking is difficult in the area. The apartment is new and modern/functionally furnished. It contains a combined living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower. Everything is there for a few nice days in Bremen. There is also a small roof terrace on the upper floor for sunny, warm evenings. The arrangement of the apartment and the support, as well as accessibility on site, were very nice and accommodating.

We would advise everyone not to book the holiday apartment Classik No. 4/2 (2 rooms). The apartment is outdated and urgently needs to be modernized. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right. All furniture is thrown together, i.e. each part comes from a different program (manufactured: ?).Next to the bed (it's good) there is a different rickety table on each side. The dishes are OK so far, the glasses include 1 champagne glass and 2 water glasses. If you want to fry something, the oil runs to one side because the plate is not level. There is a small table and two supposedly good leather chairs (both worn out). These serve as seating for eating and sitting comfortably. The television (old flat screen TV) has a terrible picture, either the faces are blurred or after replacing the device we got a device where ongoing faults were visible. The worst thing was the super small bathroom. The shower was unsightly (black and brown grout). There was only a small hand basin and the toilet was right in front of the entrance, so you had to get in via the toilet or you had to see how to get in between. 20 cm distanceAfter we complained about the TV to the host, the door slammed shut in anger.
