Beautiful and inviting villa, with beautiful stucco work, easily accessible on foot from the main station. Supermarket is also nearby. Unfortunately, I had negative experiences with a group of teenagers from the western neighborhood.

A real highlight as accommodation. Beautiful, old, stylish villa with an impressive hallway area. The apartment itself is decorated in the same style, with a few exceptions, such as the lamp in the dining area.

Great Villa Haniel, but unfortunately near a prefabricated housing estate. Therefore, the ambience outside the property is not good and the noise level is still quite high, even late in the evening. We rented the Julius apartment with 6 people. The apartment is quite large and nicely furnished. You can get to the city center very quickly by tram. What really bothered me is the gate entrance to the property. This is quite narrow and there are two fence posts in the ground area that cannot be seen from the car. I always had a strange feeling that I was going to damage my car when I was leaving and entering. There is a supermarket, discount store and bakery nearby. But restaurants can also be reached quickly on foot. Overall, Villa Haniel is recommended.

Everything was just right at the Julius holiday apartment in Villa Haniel, from booking to departure you felt very well looked after. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. A small supermarket is right opposite the villa and the bus connection to the center of Dresden is about 200 meters away. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect nest to discover Dresden and the surrounding area and to be accommodated in the style of August the Strong. We really enjoyed the 3 weeks and are grateful that they made the effort to restore the rooms.

Beautiful place steeped in history. WiFi free but very slow. Clean, everything you need is there. Parking spaces are available at the house for €6 per night. In the immediate vicinity there is a huge block of flats with all kinds of shapes. But it doesn't bother you when the windows are closed.

Very beautiful stately villa, great atmosphere, well furnished and equipped, I would book it again and again if I was in Dresden. We received a super friendly welcome and the price-performance ratio was great!! The connection to public transport was within walking distance in 5 minutes, line 62 takes 10-15 minutes to the city center. A consumer supermarket is exactly opposite the villa.

Very nice, well-kept and clean house. We had a great holiday apartment with a friendly neighborhood. Everything went smoothly and friendly both when booking over the phone and when handing over!!! Very happy again!!!!
