Actually a great hotel. We had a room on the 7th floor, which was nicely furnished. Refrigerator, microwave, hot water maker, coffee (instant) and tea were available.The bathroom was large and comfortable. Unfortunately the hairdryer was broken - thankfully not so relevant with short hair.The room is comfortable with a bed, table and armchair as well as a TV. 1 bedside lamp was also broken.Unfortunately the room was extremely warm. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been pointed out. So we lay on top of the bed instead of under the covers.2 balconies with a view of the pretty train station and the Freimarkt were also our temporary option. Thanks to the chairs it was easy to sit on it.Parking spaces - forgettable. A narrow street leads to the car elevator. Unfortunately, thanks to many illegal parkers, we couldn't get into it and got the 19 euro fee back, which we got refunded without any problems.Due to the free market, parking spaces were rare and we stayed in the great parking garage at Brill. Comfort parking space 24 euros.

The location of the hotel is ideal for train travelers. For all drivers, the hotel's own parking garage is chargeable and not exactly a bargain. If you don't know your way around, it's unfortunately the best way to park your car. The staff is very friendly and responds to the guests' wishes. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. Here too, if you want something special you just have to ask the staff. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. As some people have said before me, the right elevator makes noises, which doesn't make everyone feel comfortable. In the hotel lobby you can have a drink or two before hitting the slopes and waiting for friends. What gives me a slight aftertaste is the fact that you have to say your room number so loudly that at least the guests in the lobby know which room I have. I appreciate putting the room card on a reader and it is booked into the room.

The hotel room that we stayed in was large. There was small kitchen, living room, and bedroom being separated by doors. The bed is comfortable and clean.The only problem that I encounter is the toilet seat which is too high. I'm 173cm and I need to tip toe. My wife is 169cm and she wear her high heels when using the toilet. It is totally a design problem.Oh, please be aware that the area near Hauptbahnhof is always crowded and noisy. It is safe during the duration of our stay.

Never again - received a worse room category than what was booked and paid for. I addressed this during the first evening and complained, very unprofessional way of dealing with the complaint, no apology or insight whatsoever. Rather, the lady at the reception said: "I don't have to apologize to you, it's a very big apology that you now get a higher category." The room was reluctantly changed, but it was above a pub that was closed until Loud music plays late at night and the bass is so loud that it was impossible to sleep before 2 a.m. Unfortunately I had to get up at 6 a.m. Again no insight into the complaint. Here, the reception staff and the front office manager simply don't care about the guests, they're more of a nuisance, even though all they want is the paid service and corresponding standard service and treatment.

Small but nice. Right in front of the main station, but surprisingly quiet.Unfortunately, the room cannot be made completely dark. The elevator unexpectedly let me out at the back of the foyer, which was a bit confusing :D

Pay extra, yes, with great pleasure, but if you are not allowed to bring your dog into the restaurant, what do you do with it?And if he makes a comment about it at the reception, you will be laughed at

Hotel is good in terms of location and accessibility. A few minutes to the city center on foot. The room and breakfast were good, but the parking facility with the elevator being much too small and the narrowness of the parking garage is an imposition. Especially €19 per day. This is where many people pick up their scratches and dents on their cars.

Very nice hotel. Short walking distances to the train station and the city center. I deducted 1 star because the lobby and hallways in the hotel had a very high temperature at the beginning of September.

Nice hotel in a difficult environment. Difficult to reach by car as the address given is the front entrance at the station forecourt in the pedestrian zone. If you have parked your car, walking to the hotel at night is very adventurous.
