We would receive a very friendly welcome in this rustic house. It was very cozy and delicious. Great for vegans.I had mildly smoked organic almond sesame tofu with ragout of colorful oven-roasted vegetables in a delicately spicy ponzu stock,with Himalayan boiled potatoesWhat might be good is for two people to add bread to the spicy sauce.There is a nice place for children to play outside.Dogs are welcome.Large parking lot available.No card payment

This afternoon we spontaneously visited the Rengser Mühle after a hike. When we entered we were assigned a table almost in a commanding tone. We were then asked about the drinks without even receiving a menu or drinks menu. My partner had ordered a piece of cake with the coffee, which only came when asked, after the coffee had long been drunk. Overall, the male service staff was very unfriendly, we will definitely not be coming back. The price of €4.50 for a small cup of coffee is also an absolute disgrace.

A small, very cozy hotel with a very good restaurant.The food was indescribably delicious for me.For me it's more like a little crunchy house.Ur Cozy, hospitality is very important here.I'm totally overwhelmedAnd when I'm here again, I'll come back here again and again.The hotel is my recommendation and a thumbs up

Wonderful weekend spent at a family reunion! Everyone felt very comfortable due to the familiar and friendly atmosphere!The food was excellent, as was the service!The rooms are lovingly furnished! We can only recommend a stay!

Really recommended!! Went there spontaneously for dinner today. If we chose the restaurant because of the adjacent playground, it is also more relaxed for us parents to eat.The food was terrific. We had the salmon as a starter, the main course was the grilled plate and the children had fries & schnitzel and for the night shift we had the brownie corner with ice cream & fruit, everything was on point and super tasty. We will definitely come back. The children had fun too. It was really a cozy atmosphere. The waiters are all very friendly. I can't comment on the rooms as they weren't there overnight. However, it looked really cozy inside the restaurant and I can imagine staying there longer in the winter when it snows.!! All families on holiday should definitely eat here. It's relaxed and the children (especially younger children) can play while waiting for their food.

The food was very tasty, friendly staff. We ate on the terrace and filled myself up like I was on vacation. I recommend hearty egg tarts, you have to eat them.

We were only there to eat.Delicious food in a beautiful garden.Unfortunately, the portions are quite clear.There was a lot of restraint when it came to the fried potatoes in particular.

My husband and I returned to the Rengser Mühle yesterday around 2:00 p.m. for a planned lunch. According to the restaurant's website, the kitchen is open continuously from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. According to the operator, this would not be listed on their own homepage. They only serve warm food until 2:00 p.m. This could just be misinformation on Google. (Which was definitely not true!) Anyway. So we were no longer offered anything warm, but we were given the option to order cake and waffles half an hour later. No sooner said than done... My husband was presented with his cake 15 minutes before me (cream yes/no? Good question, next question... It was probably assumed that he didn't like it anyway. In any case, the cake came without and the question about his Don't even bother asking!) I got my waffle at some point. Requests for additional drinks were only asked once as we walked past. There can be no talk of service or customer friendliness here! I highly doubt whether we will come here again! Too bad. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant!

Were here today for pancakes. Unfortunately there is a waiter there who is not very friendly. It's a shame, it's hard to find good staff. But you don't really have to be that rough. The lady in service is nice too.
