Everything is great except Wi-Fi. You have to be careful and book a room where there is a modem nearby... otherwise you will be left without internet. I find something like that to be a disadvantage for a hotel these days.

I was here for a seminar and had to stay overnight here. The room I got was really a disaster! The whole room smelled musty like a cellar, even though it was an upstairs room. The drain smell that was present in the bathroom prevented a feeling of well-being. You had this unpleasant smell in your nose almost the whole night, so that it was almost impossible to sleep. I for one cannot recommend this hotel. If there is another seminar here, I will not attend the seminar.

Why only 3 stars even though the rooms, staff and location get 5 stars? Very easy:1. Dinner in the restaurant ....currywurst with fries or fried potatoes for 22.50 euros. Hello!!!!!! This is not worthy of such accommodation. The rolls on Sunday morning were also sticky and gave the impression of being from the day before. And that for 19 euros. Completely wrong.2. The parking garage. Anything larger than a Golf shouldn't go in there. There is no warning that it is not suitable for large cars. I had to drive out the driveway again because the car was too wide to go upstairs. How can you build a parking garage like this?

We spent 2 nights here. The room was surprisingly large. It was probably a room for the disabled.Superficially it was clean. There were only small things to complain about, like a greasy, dusty hairdryer.Room cleaning is waived from the outset. Ecological reasons are given.That may be the case when changing towels every day. Nevertheless, I think that by not making the bed and cleaning the sink, you want to save on staff. Some hotels have been doing this since Corona. However, you then get a drink on the house or something similar and can then decide for yourself whether you want the room cleaned. You rarely see employees at the reception. Otherwise it is an impressive building and the view, especially from the roof terrace, is gigantic.

First of all: I would come back at any time, because all in all I was satisfied, with some drawbacks.When you approach the KSI, you are initially impressed by its monstrous appearance.I drove into the parking garage and as soon as I entered it became clear: in order to get in here without a scratch, you have to a.) be able to drive a car and b.) not have a big car.But on the exit it became clear that the entrance was a children's birthday party compared to what the exit was. And you don't immediately understand that because it looks like a pedestrian path.The building is very spacious. But visually very appealing. The view is really nice, especially from the beautiful roof terrace and the glass-enclosed seating area. Wonderful.The rooms were functional and visually appealing. The toilets are limited for people with larger body sizes. The shower, on the other hand, was a real treat.The dining room is very, very pleasant. The service is damn fast. A little too fast, I think. You have just taken the last bite from your plate when the plate is already being cleared away. Maybe a minute too fast.The presentation of the food, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, is similar to that in “upper class hotels”. However, upon closer inspection you notice that the food itself is of normal standard. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's just a bit more appearance than reality. Nevertheless, no wish remained unfulfilled.The selection of drinks at the table is good and not a run-of-the-mill offer.An insider tip is Anno 17 and I hated having to place the last order at 9:30 p.m.The restaurant is extremely cozy, the service is on point and the selection of drinks has local surprises in store. I would have liked to have enjoyed this after 10 p.m.All in all, I was very satisfied and hope for further conferences at the KSI:

I travel a lot for business and I have never experienced such a unpleasant situation as in this hotel. I left my jacket in the closet in the room (I even remember that it was hung facing the window). I called about 12 hours after checking out, because only after returning to Poland I noticed that I didn't have it. The lady assured me to stay calm, because the room had probably not been cleaned (it was Sunday) and they would call me in the morning. Unfortunately, each time I had to remind myself of any information... and it wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that the hotel said the jacket wasn't there!! I'm not one to make accusations if I'm not sure about something, but I was simply robbed by the staff. Besides, I checked into the hotel wearing a jacket - you can easily check it on the cameras. But no one did it. Nobody offered me any solution to this matter - there is no jacket, we are sorry... and that's it! This case is very sad for me, because the jacket had sentimental value for me. I wish the person who appropriated my property to be happy wearing it - YOU DON'T DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

I was there for a conference without staying overnight. The location "above the roofs of Siegburg" is great. The presentation technology is state of the art. The ventilation/air conditioning in our conference room was not good. After an hour the air was very stale. We then opened the doors temporarily. Of course, this caused a corresponding noise nuisance. The staff was very nice and attentive, the food was good and plentiful. What, in addition to the ventilation situation, caused a significant deduction in my rating was the location and parking situation. Siegburg is well connected to the regional and national level Connected to the train network. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the train station to the KSI (the last third is a bit steep). The KSI is also easy to reach by car, but the parking garage is unreasonable. Anything above a small car can only be "juggled" through the parking garage with a lot of maneuvering.
