It is 15 minutes by train to the center of Munich. Clean rooms! What I didn't like were the showers, there are no doors, only curtains and it is used by men and women at the same time. The toilets are clean, but their doors are broken.

Super convenient location. U-Bahn, restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores are steps away from this super friendly, affordable, and clean boarding house. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

Bathroom/shower can be much improved, for the rest it was perfect and very comfy the triple room we stayed at. Breakfast not included. Tram very near to the place

The inside is nice and clean.These types of accommodations often don't have much storage space for luggage, but there was a fairly large locker in the room.There is even a kitchen that you can use freely.The staff were also kind and friendly.The only drawback is that it is far from the central station, but it is convenient that there is a supermarket (8:00-20:00) and a kiosk near the inn.I would like to stay there again if I come to Munich.

Had great service. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to get us a power strip, which was very nice.Our room (room 21) was on the small side unlike our friends' room.

A corner and a strange atmosphere. The front door was open all night even though there was no staff there. Only men as customers, not e.g. groups of friends or families. I wouldn't go alone as a woman. Feeling insecure. The room smelled strongly of old tobacco and was not particularly clean.

We booked a room on the same day for 4 people, the staff were really helpful when booking over the phone, accommodating a late checkin. The reception and cleaning staff were really friendly, which created for a welcoming atmosphere. The communal areas and rooms were kept immaculate throughout the day which was a bonus. Would recommend this place for anyone staying in Munich, looking for easy access to the city centre via tram or bus. 5/5

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Clean kitchen with a large and beautifully furnished dining room. Musty smell in the showers and toilets (men) as well as partly missing and broken toilet lids.

Poor Area, very poor room. But worse than that, they ignore a cancellation and dont refund even though the cancellation requirements were confirmed. Take care dealing with Estelada Boarding Houses.

The check-in method was not informed in advance of the change. It was check-in time but no one was at the counter and no one answered the phone. The soundproofing of the room was poor. The environment is not friendly to women and there is only one bathroom.
