Nice welcome and constant care of the guest (including by asking questions).Hotel room was clean and quite modern.The WiFi has not been tested.Also not for people with arachnophobia or fear of small flies etc. Spiders were often found in the stairwells and hallways and there were a few other bugs in the room, but they didn't bother me.I can still recommend the hotel!I didn't eat here.

Some rolls with sausage, cheese, jam. Also cereal. What more could you want?I didn't eat in the restaurant myself, but the portions at least looked good. Both the size and the food itself.Bad:Luckily my room was on the quiet side. Rooms facing the street could be uncomfortable due to the noise from cars - lots of traffic.

The operator's answer is incomprehensible. I didn't express an opinion, just listed facts. In all the hotels I know you can book with a phone call or not, I wrote three times and received no answer, only here. I also don't understand what the fall of the Berlin Wall, Dresden and freedom of expression have to do with a hotel booking. Called and was confirmed on the phone that a room was available. But I was supposed to fill out the form via the homepage, which I did, three times, without an answer... EMBARRASSING not being able to book by phone and even more embarrassing not being able to answer. But luckily there are other hotels too.

The picture says it all! The food is very tasty and tasty.We had schnitzel and pork fillet - both are highly recommended. The schnitzels are juicy and very tasty when baked in Hawaiian style. The fillet was on point.We suspect the Bernaise sauce is homemade - the Jägersauce certainly is.Thank you for the nice time!

Simple single room.Used with 2 people.The nice host was kind enough to put a second bed in for us. We spontaneously decided to stay here because of the city festival in Overath.Slept very well.Thanks to the great staff 👍

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of Overath train station, in a very central and quiet location. I stayed in this very well-run hotel with my son and we felt completely comfortable and well looked after.The hotel staff were very attentive and the service was unparalleled. Questions were answered with the necessary time and calm.We had a very nice and well-tidy, bright room with a large window. The facilities were good and the bathroom with shower was clean and well maintained.The breakfast was prepared on request and was also very tasty. Warm rolls and eggs to start the day. There is also a small buffet with muesli, bread, yoghurts, milk and orange juice.We would like to thank the Bergischer Hof team for the very good hospitality!We will definitely book a room here again next year, we feel comfortable here! We already have a closer selection of two dates!

I booked a room for one night. I expected a down-to-earth, nationally run hotel/restaurant.Not even close.At the reception I was greeted with oriental friendliness and helpfulness.Everything has been thought of.The manager of the house even lent me his parking meter so that I wouldn't get into any problems.Excellent national cuisine. Served professionally and friendly. What more do you want.The rooms, appropriate for the price. Nothing is missing.Thanks! I had a nice day with you.My friend!
