A very cheap hotel for Munich standards. Centrally located, we could walk to the Theresienwiese (approx. 15 minutes) and just as quickly we were in the old town for shopping. In the morning there were free warm pretzels, croissants, coffee and other hot drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful.We would book there again at any time.

Upon check in they provided a room that had a single pull out bed for two people and the AC didn’t work. So they moved us to a smaller room with a double bed and no AC. The next day they put us in a larger room with AC unfortunately it just blew air, not cold air. The bathroom faucet was broken. Through all this the staff was very unhelpful. I would consider this place a “Stay away from here” kind of place.

I cannot recommend the hotel. The rooms would have been fine. But the worst thing was the experience with a friend's keycard. I traveled with a friend, but we had booked separate rooms. My key card worked but hers was incorrectly activated for just one night instead of 3 nights (she hadn't changed her booking either). So there was a bad surprise on the second day when we returned after midnight. She didn't come back to her room. Therefore I had to call external security as the reception is not manned at night. After a lot of back and forth, security came after an hour and opened her door. He did a great job and was a great help. But you can't say that about the hotel. The next day there was no understanding from the staff for this delicate situation. How would my girlfriend have come to the hotel at night without me! There was no excuse for the incorrect activation of the card and my request for compensation was rejected with the excuse that it was no longer understandable. I can understand that mistakes happen, but in my opinion this is not the way to deal with them. The “great thing” was that her card didn’t work on the evening of the following day (i.e. the 3rd day). Unfortunately I wasn't there anymore. She only came to the hotel by chance with the help of another guest and in front of the door of her hotel room in the hallway (!) she found an envelope with the note "Private" and a working card inside. However, as far as I know, she was not informed at all that her card was not working again and any other guest could have entered her room. So there was no communication about this. These experiences did not make us feel safe in the hotel. Unfortunately that was the first and last visit.

I have stayed there 3 nights. The location is very good (only 2 minutes to metro station). The room was a decent size, at the last floor but it could use a little more attention (the sink washer was loose, the shower conector was broken, the carpet in the room could use a good cleanup). The croissants were not present at all in any day. The reservation was secured using one credit card. At the check-in I used another card to pay, but they forgot to change the credit card for the room, and I ended up paying two times for the same reservation. The staff returned the money to my account, but I ended up loosing almost 20 Euros in fees. All in all, I you care only about the location, it is a very good option. If you are a little bit picky, you should try some other location.

Super centrally located hotel, close to the metro/train Sendelingen Tor. The room on the 5th floor smelled a bit musty and was very warm, but the windows could be opened and it was quickly resolved. Friendly staff and free car parking (parking space reservation not possible). Awesome!!

Positive:- The location is just a few minutes away from the Sedlinger Tor subway station and various restaurants as well as the city center.- 3/4 employees were very friendly and accommodating- Although no breakfast is offered, coffee, croissants and pretzels are available free of charge until 11 a.m. (I always had enough)- Air conditioning (works even when you are away)- Mini fridge in the roomNeutral:- the price is good for the location, just okay considering the overall price/performance ratio- basic compliance with cleanliness standardsNegative:- the unpleasant guy who "pointed out" to me on the third morning where I should have my coffee and croissant. If you don't want this to happen right next to the coffee machine, then either explanatory words when checking in or a friendly sign would be appropriate. Or it can be set up straight away in the designated room.- the slight mold in the shower - the very small (!) bathroom has no windows and possibly weak ventilation (see photo)- the feeling of lying in a not really clean bed. Very thin fitted sheet, which was also too small.- The air conditioning can only be turned on or off. Theoretically you can set a temperature, but in practice it was not possible to control it. The airflow could be regulated, but it was always (no matter how I tried) directed directly at the bed --> strong draft --> cold is inevitable- the rubber seal on the refrigerator is defective- the furniture is very reminiscent of the 90s- the chair is stylish, but quite uncomfortable-----Addition to the operator's comment:- I specifically looked for signs or similar. I found a note not to take food or drinks into the room (in the elevator), but nothing more.- I am perfectly able to use a plate and a napkin - even for espresso - perhaps the wrong customer remembered?- as I said, in principle I understand you, I'm just criticizing the communication.- the photos show a room without personal items or similar.- Other customers have had better experiences, perhaps that was just a bit unfortunate - please see the reference to ventilation in particular as a recommendation

Great location in the center. With parking space!!Not far from Sendlinger Tor and the old town can be reached within 20 minutes on foot. Or 3min. with the Metro. Hotel and rooms clean, staff friendly.

Beautiful and well-kept hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. The room was nicely furnished and had a refrigerator. The entrance from the front can be reached via stairs, but you can reach a ramp and a stair lift via the courtyard.

Breakfast wasn't really just pretzels and croissants, which weren't the best either.However, if you book for one night and don't plan on staying there during the day, it's exactly the right place.You can reach everything super quickly and easily.
