Attempts were made to hide known bed bug infestations with vinegar cleaner. After 1 hour we left.The money was not refunded.The legal dispute is still ongoing.

Location is good but service is one of the worst I've ever encountered, there were an old lady very un polite and made us pay 15 eur for only 2h of luggage storage she probably kept, rooms and everything was ugly

I went to this hotel on October fest. Location was perfect (10mins to Munich central station & October fest)The staff was really nice and flexible.Someone talked about bedbug before but there was no problem. Thank you for the great experience.

Very nice man at the reception. He gave me great recommendations for attractions, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Very competent man. The rooms are very clean. Central location directly at Munich main station.What more could you want?!

Horrible and money-making!We booked a room and there was no one there. We didn't get our money back and the room was booked to someone else! We were held back by phone for about 5-6 days so that we could get the money back and it would be clarified with Booking. Then our number was blocked and we had to call from another number. The man at the reception suddenly stuttered and wanted to keep the money. 170 euros!

if i could give this place no stars i would upon arriving they were very weird with us i have a 6 month old and three adults including myself, they wouldn’t let us have the extra pillow or blanket we had two twin beds and one double bed and we were told they’re was a shower included so when we found there wasn’t we were a bit upset photos looked nothing like what we were given, after the first night we noticed bites on one of us we thought they were mosquito bites so we didn’t think anything of it but they were getting bit in patterns so we checked the room and low and behold bed bugs we found a whole corner of them and they were in a spider web too we immediately packed up and called them and the owner refused to come in for the night and tried to give us the room right next to us and then when we tried to pay for our parking in the garage we had to pay full price after we were told by the owner we would get half off. very frustrating considering i have a 6 month old he didn’t need to be exposed to that kind of environment he luckily did not get bitten. this is completely unacceptable. hoping we get a full refund.

Bed bugs.There were some bed bugs in our room. So we had to flee the absolutely overpriced carpentry at night.Reception sparsely staffed. After the night in the car there was no refund because the operators rejected booking.Paid a nice €167 for one night on the street.The condition of the entire accommodation can be seen in the numerous 1 star reviews.

I put two 10cm "mattresses" on top of each other so that the back pain in the morning isn't quite as badShower and toilet are in the hallway for everyone ❤️I paid €177 for one night on May 9, 2023, the day of the trade fair.

Pretty unusual at first. The whole hotel feels quite familiar, as it is one floor in a high-rise building. That means a hallway with several rooms and a bathroom + a toilet. Closets and dressers in the hallway. Tea from a teapot was also offered.Service:The woman at reception could barely speak German, which made communication difficult as there were problems with my booking. She was super nice for that. When we left there was an older man at reception who said "you got a good room because of booking problems, so please give the hotel a good rating." I don't think that's possible at all.Room:I was given a large room that was clean and tidy. You can't complain here.Shower + toilet:There is no separation between men and women. Personally, I don't think that's possible at all. Well, at least it was somewhat clean.Location:In the immediate vicinity of the train station, therefore well located.

Hotel in the middle of Munich on the main street. Very noisy environment. Suitable for short-term overnight stays. The bathroom and toilet are in the hallway, so there is a shared toilet and shower. It takes a lot of getting used to and it's not exactly clean. Bad service. Not necessarily recommended.
