The accommodation is very central, the reception is friendly and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was no longer complete for late risers, and the staff is not that flexible either.The hotel is located very close to the train station and the city center, but in one of the alleys where there is occasional bullying, it is loud at night, sirens can be heard again and again and there are a lot of beggars out and about during the day. The restaurants of different cultures are highly recommended. Just don't go back to the hotel too late 😅.I wouldn't recommend it to families with small children.

It's been a week since I left and I haven't received an invoice despite repeated requests. I need this to reimburse the costs because it was a business trip. The rooms are good, the location for a woman traveling alone is too much in the train station district with the corresponding crowd. I am very critical of an employee of the company who lied to me twice. Apparently there was no room left, “we are fully booked”,There were still several rooms available on Check 24. The broken lock in the first room that I didn't want to stay in was advertised to me as normal. That wasn't true. It was probably too much work to assign me a new room. I have never experienced such behavior in over 30 years of field service. Before you arrive, please make sure you speak English well (I do). I didn't get any further with German in this hotel during two overnight stays, with one exception. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Although it's centrally located near the train station, it's a disaster in the evenings, dirty on the streets, dealers, alcoholics, and all sorts of nations. The carpet in the room was very disgusting

In not exactly the best location in Munich. Room extremely small and so poorly furnished that a person with a slightly larger body size can't even get to the bed (see photo, although my backpack illustrates the maximum size quite well). Darkening was only possible to a limited extent. Air conditioning not very efficient, but all the louder. Room doors slam shut with a loud bang when leaving the room if they are not held in place (which other guests seem to forget). Breakfast room in the basement. Breakfast was decent and coffee was tasty. Staff tried hard (but at the reception they didn't necessarily speak German, so English had to be used). All in all, too expensive for what was offered.

The Hotel is within walking distance of Central Staton. Ideal to drop off a pick up bags before and after your stay as well as great starting point to explore Munich.

The hotel itself is fine. The rooms are not small. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking is only possible in a public parking garage 250m around the corner. Location of the hotel - it is in the immediate vicinity of the train station.

Hotel booked through a well-known online hotel search site. I took a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. The room was spacious and bright. Equipped with air conditioning, a large wardrobe, a TV, a coffee machine with pods and a tea kettle. There was no fridge. The bathroom was very small. Two people couldn't fit in it. The shower, created in a niche, was still comfortable. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the center of Munich. It does not have parking and it is not possible to park on the street. Therefore there is a nearby car park at 16 euros per day. It is possible to have breakfast in a room located on the -1 floor. Many tables are available and for food there is both sweet and savory as well as fruit, yoghurt and unlimited hot and/or cold drinks, all self-service. The hotel is located in a "multi-ethnic" area and there are various hotels on the same street, as well as places for ethnic eating and/or shopping. Despite the huge comings and goings of people and cars on the street, the room was well soundproofed.
