Small hotel in the back yard. It was quiet. No staff on site. Room was nice and quiet. Simply set up. I didn't have any warm water. I didn't take breakfastI can't judge the service. Since no one was there, only contact via cell phone (Booking.com)

The impression: small, fine, friendly. This was probably also attempted, but unsuccessfully. Staff is temporarily present, but not friendly. Bed and bathroom are ok. Unfortunately, warm water is not a given, nor is access to your own room (the key or lock got stuck twice). The breakfast offer is loveless. In short: price-performance ratio is very bad

The location is good. The small hotel is located in a backyard, so the noise from the busy sandy road hardly penetrates. It is centrally located, you can reach the city center within half an hour on foot. Bus, subway and tram are within walking distance.Breakfast is not recommended. Some of the rolls were barely baked, and the wholemeal bread that you could tick was only available once for 4 nights. Some of the eggs were runny. The service was very bad for us. We had a lot of trouble opening the door. Since there is no service on site, we once had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and help us. He also had great difficulty, but had more strength than us, so after several attempts he managed to open the door. It is also unfortunate that the person we spoke to on the telephone assumed that it was our fault that the door could not be opened. That leaves a bad aftertaste.

A normal, small hotel. Everything is for a good night's sleep. Everything is clean, warm.

A cozy, quiet hotel in the backyard. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a pleasant size including a spacious shower. The breakfast could have been a little more filling, but we were full.

A nice little hotel in Munich. Super conveniently located and it's quiet. You can do a lot of things on foot and there are plenty of parking options. Price-performance ratio is right!👍

We stayed in the small hotel for one night today and can't understand other people's reviews. It's really a cute little hotel in the backyard. You will receive a code by email and use it to get the key from the safe. The room is small but very cozy with a modern bathroom and walk-in shower. There was enough hot water. The bed is comfortable but a bit narrower. Maybe 1.60m wide. It wasn't a problem for us. There were enough pillows too.The breakfast was minimalistic, but still everything was there. Yoghurt, muesli, fruit, sausage, cheese, boiled eggs and sweet spreads. There was even oat and soy milk. The breakfast room is lumpy, but we find it very cozy. There is even a piano here.We would definitely come again.Oh and it's a 2 minute walk to the subway

Without prior information, breakfast took place in the living room. The employee was very unfriendly.

Small hotel hidden in a backyard. If you're looking for personal contact, this is the wrong place for you. Booking, payment as well as check-in and check-out are optimally digital. The rooms were clean, size appropriate. The bathroom was OK, warm water quickly disappeared when showering and a bit old-fashioned. Breakfast room was, office, living room and kitchen at the same time. Very small and combined with different furniture, which in turn had charm. Parking is difficult, it's best to arrive on foot. A subway station is a few meters away and only one stop from Munich HBF. Not far from the hotel is the Löwenbräu brewery.
