We stayed at Belle Blue for 3 nights. The hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The area is not as bad as described in some other reviews. They definitely weren't in Cologne yet.On the way from the train station to the hotel there is a Lidl and Rossmann. The rooms are very small, the double bed (approx. 160cm) was soft and comfortable. I got up without any back pain. There is a television, safe and a small refrigerator. The bathroom had a great shower, but it occasionally smelled like manure. If you don't want to be watched when you're in the bathroom, you have a little problem. From the bed you can look into the bathroom through an approximately 30 cm wide pane of glass (covered with a milky film). You can't see all the details, but it wasn't that great for us.Breakfast room was very small but breakfast and staff were good.Overall it was totally fine for the price.

We'll never come back, black mold in the shower in the joints, the room wasn't cleaned, reception couldn't be reached by bell or telephone at 8:30 p.m. Because our chip card didn't work, we couldn't get into the hotel, the kiosk owner then opened the door for us. We do not recommend this hotel!!

A sensory experience. As soon as we arrived in the room we admired the wonderful urine stains in the sheets, the mold in the shower that leaks water everywhere, the dirty walls, the very dirty windows (and curtains). Not to mention the smell of pee that candidly wafted from the bathroom and delighted our nostrils all night. It looked like the smell of a public toilet, so disgusting that we quickly "cleaned" it with chlorhexidine wipes otherwise we couldn't even use it.We immediately went to reception and the boy, very kind of course (it's not his fault), the only thing he did was bring us a clean sheet to put on the dirty one so we could sleep. We immediately asked for a refund to move to another hotel but the hotel did not respond to our requests and so in the end we had to stay.An ugly, very dirty hotel with microscopic and neglected rooms. Located inside a condominium practically, in an area full of night clubs, drug addicts and criminals. On the evening of October 16th, two people were arrested under our window and, due to the screams and sirens of the police, we were very scared.Cheap and meager breakfast, 2 times out of 3 without croissants. On the evening of the third day we found the room exactly as we left it in the morning (was the cleaning lady on holiday?).Monaco is beautiful but the stay in this nightmare hotel ruined our memories. Never again!

Unfortunately, cash and AirPods were stolen from the room. After we reported this to the front desk, they were not very cooperative and were just horrified that we were blaming the hotel.Since the AirPods were opened, we have the address (which were no longer in the hotel) and filed a report.Update: AirPods were found and confiscated by police from an employee.

Hotel near the train station. Not much character, felt like an upgraded hostel. Room was small and clean. Bathroom was tiny with good shower. Breakfast provided was a plus though the coffee was disappointing. Staff was not at desk when we arrived and we could not get into hotel for several minutes. Would not stay there again.

This place is very centrally located for anyone going to oktoberfest. Little sketchy at night but overall happy with the choice. That's where the good ends. The building needs some serious upgrades and the cleaning service did nothing. Cleaned nothing and half made beds for the 3 nights we stayed. Also I had cash and new headphones stolen from my bag in the room, along with my friend who also had cash stolen. This was well hidden in our bags, which means they were gone through completely.

Never this hotel again! At first glance, the family suite looked very nice. Upon closer inspection, the defects became apparent. Broken tiles in the shower, the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn't work, dirty plates from the previous guest in the dishwasher, broken baby bed that our baby couldn't sleep in, the bedside lamp didn't work and the worst part was the dusty floor. The room wasn't cleaned until 3 p.m. even while we were away. When I left I forgot a pair of trousers on the heater in the room.I called the hotel three times and each time I was told to call again at a different time. During the last phone call it was said that nothing had been handed over by the cleaning staff. It's a shame, someone probably needed new pants. The price-performance ratio in this hotel is absolutely not good and is definitely not recommended.

Terrible treatment by staff. We paid for parking at the hotel, but when we got out of the parking garage, there was no payment and we had to pay AGAIN. We have not yet received the money back. …
