I can only advise everyone not to check in here. It's better to spend 5-10€ more and go to another hotel. Mold, smell, dirt! If I could give 0 to die I would. We left the hotel after half an hour with a rash and itching all over my body.

Not a comfortable hotel. For €90 per night for 2 people without breakfast in Munich you probably can't expect more. Rooms in need of renovation. The power strip on the window and the box used as a bathroom are reminiscent of an office building that was converted into a hotel. Air conditioning available, but doesn't seem trustworthy. Windows can be opened alternatively, cleanliness and mattresses are ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet for €12 is good, but 4 stars, underground parking €9. We especially wanted to walk to a restaurant for a birthday party. It was ideal for one night.

I'm in Munich for a training course. The hotel itself is in a top location and the lady at the reception is very nice, but unfortunately the room has mold on the ceiling and in the shower drain and the walls are not very soundproof and you can hear EVERYTHING above, below, on the left and on the right…EVERYTHING happens. Not highly recommended for 520€, 3 nights without meals.Didn't have very restful nights.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Location was great, Oktoberfest was very easy to reach by public transport.Room price is of course very high or too high due to the Oktoberfest.The room itself is well equipped, except for the bathroom, the shower head is very old… but sufficient for just staying overnight.Breakfast could be booked for 12 EUR, which was sufficient for the price.

Nice room with air conditioning. Lovely large window and very soft bed. The bathroom was ok, but the sink was not that big. The shower niche was nice and big with good water pressure 👍

There are three of us here with a dog. We are very satisfied... not a Hyatt but a top accommodation when you look at the price. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and breakfast was rich and good. All in all...we'll be back

We stayed in the hotel for a total of 5 days.The price was good compared to other hotels and expectations weren't high, but the stay still wasn't great.Negative things:- Cleanliness: stains on the carpet, mold in the shower drain and smell of mold in the bathroom, stained towels and a general musty smell in the room- Comfort: Sockets only on the windows in the room, hardly any storage space or hooks in the bathroom, the sink is far too small, only blinds on the window that don't darken the room properly. When the light in the bathroom is on, it also becomes light in the rest of the room , extremely thin and sound-permeable wallsPositive things:- Location of the hotel. Only a 10-minute walk from the U, S or bus stops and you can get to the center very quickly- Price for the room is relatively cheap compared to the competition and with enough advance notice when booking- Friendliness of the staff and quick response to inquiries via email- Comfort: Modern new television

Quiet location a little outside Munich center but still a residential neighborhood full of shops and especially supermarkets.Former office rooms converted to hotel rooms, all in all I recommend it.The only drawback is that a little light comes in when it's daylight. I would invite the hotel to put up more curtains and clean the carpet a little more to eliminate that office smell.

Since our actual hotel room booking, booked in February 2024, was simply canceled for August 3rd - 4th, 2024, we were forced to book a new hotel room. The only free room under €250 was in the Creo Hotel Munich City. So we booked a comfort double room for an extortionate price of €180. This room is usually half price and isn't worth a cent more. It's dirty and it's worn out. Broken lampshades in the bathroom and on the bed. Stains on the carpet, mold in the bathroom. An impudence. It's a shame that people are simply making a profit from an event in the city and with the most rancid holes. Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable.

I arrived at the hotel with my 4-month-old son and was told that the hotel was full and that we could not check in. We then had to look for a hotel in the stress with a child, I certainly do not recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel was quite good for our stay. S-Bahn and subway stops were not far away.The staff was actually quite nice too.However the room was absolutely terrible.The hot water in the shower didn't work!!? There was a broken acrylic nail on the bed, the bathroom smelled disgusting, and in general the room was not clean and had many defects. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the hotel.

A disgrace for the price.It was probably once an office, was remodeled and may not have been maintained.Mold in the bathroom, toilet door leaf too short and moldy. Cooking surface spoiled. The painter may have already worn curved shoes to work. Everything see photos.The lights on the bed were somehow asymmetrical...The door rosette was not there.Filler was probably not known either...

Hotel, just overnight. In a residential area. My wife and I were traveling to Italy and needed an overnight stay along the way. Residential area, has its own parking. Please do not expect Polish service, a simple motel.
