I am satisfied with finding a place that offers self-catering, parking, and good value for money.Kitchen: German food didn't suit me, so I cooked breakfast and dinner at the hotel. All cooking utensils were available, but the frying pan was so old that it was unusable. Since I didn't have a range hood, I only did simple, odor-free cooking and used only pots. There was a dishwasher, dishcloth, scrubber, and detergent. There is a rebbe a 1-minute walk away, so you can purchase ingredients for meals.Cleaning: Cleaning is done once every five days. Towels are changed upon request.Laundry: There is one small washing machine and one dryer in the hotel basement. Only 50 cents could be used and it was 3.5 euros or 2.5 euros. I liked that instead of paying for the dryer by the hour, it only cost 2.5 euros even if you dry it for over an hour.Parking: I used a paid underground parking lot, but the neighborhood seemed to be very safe, so I think free parking on the street would be okay.Staff: They provided early check-in and although the stay was short, they were kind and helpful while I was there.Public transportation: There is a station nearby, so you can take the S7 to downtown Munich in about 15 minutes. However, the interval between departures is 20 minutes.Cons: There are no restaurants nearby. There is a famous beer garden if you walk for about 10 minutes past the tunnel, but the road there is scary.

When we arrived we immediately noticed that it was dirty. The beds were full of black hair, it was dusty and the kitchen and utensils were very greasy and, which is a given at the moment, were definitely not cleaned after every visitor. Hygiene is not a priority here. There were also leftovers from previous guests in the toilet. We then contacted the management of the house and asked for another room. We were asked directly if we wanted to cancel, which would certainly have made things easier. We then asked for a new room and got it, which was just as dirty. After contacting us again we got a third room. Since this was smaller due to the design and it was a deterioration, we settled for the second room offered and cleaned it ourselves. We were then charged a refund the following day, which didn't even cover one day. We also received “free cleaning”. We got our money's worth again, because the hair was again spread all over the bed and there was no cleaning because the kettle was still smeared.In order to feel at all comfortable, we roughly washed the surfaces ourselves with all-purpose cloths; they ended up brown. We have never experienced such a dirty apartment in this price range. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the accommodation. The only positive thing is the free parking on the street.

I stayed this apartment for one night. While we were sleeping around 6:30AM, the other customers came into our room. It was really scary and the cleaning staff was really bad to us.

Very clean, chic and tastefully furnished apartment. The location is perfect. It's not far to the subway, there's a Rewe market right opposite. The free parking spaces in front of the house are also great. Despite the central location, it is very quiet here. The balcony was our highlight. The service was also impeccable. An extra baby bed was placed in the room free of charge. There are only 2 small things to complain about: air conditioning would have been nice and the mattress on the double bed could have been a little better. All in all, we were very satisfied here and will definitely come back👍😊

Quite chic serviced apartments,my friend and I stayed 2 nights there ,during exhibition,price is 40% increasing.Good points: Quite big room and bathroom is great .The metro is just in a corner,3-4 minutes. And Augustiner bear garden is very close as well .Supermarket is in the opposite .Weakness: There is no washing machine.Anyway,we just stayed 2 nights,not urgent to wash clothes.

The hotel is close to a metro station. From the metro station to Munich center 10 to 15 minutes. There is public parking around the hotel, but it is often busy. There is parking in the basement for 12 euros per day.

All in all, we are absolutely satisfied with DD - Suites and will book again. The size and furnishings of our deluxe apartment are excellent, the kitchenette is adequately equipped. In particular, the spatial layout of the bedroom, closed off from the living-kitchen area, was very well done. Balcony is a good solution for smokers. Walk-in shower is very good for older people. The location to the Augustiner Schützenhaus (restaurant and large beer garden), about 500 m away, was also extremely good for us and we ate excellently there. Recommendation from us. Good connection to the S-Bahn, about 5 minutes walk to Mittelsendling station.Suggestion for improvement: A drain plug would be useful for the sink in the kitchenette so that the dishes can be washed accordingly. You should also have a broom and a mop handy so you can do a quick clean in between.

Stylish, clean studio with a good bed. Everything you need is available in the kitchenette. Large, neat bathroom. The balcony is a plus. Supermarket and S-bahn 200m away. The only downside: there is a childcare facility on the ground floor. In the summer they sometimes play outside.
