Simple hotel, with small but clean rooms, in very good location. Service and breakfast are excellent. There are trams and S-bahns nearby.

Excellent staff from the Reception to the kindness of the staff present during breakfast, but for the price the room was very small and truly vintage, not suitable for very tall people and the services were absent.I arrived at night and the window was open, so it was very cold. I asked for an additional blanket in the last 5 minutes of reception, which was kindly brought to me. The reception closes at 10pm. From 10pm to 6am there is no reception and the lift stops working (which is absurd). The elevator does not take you directly to the floor and you are still required to take a flight of stairs. In my case, 4 flights of stairs to get dinner at 10pm.Not even a small table in the room for working or writing. Absence of large body towel, and the shower was already all wet when I entered, with a new towel resting almost on the floor, which was consequently damp. Bathroom not ventilated and with the smell of rotten fish, which fortunately did not spread to the rest of the room when the door was closed. I didn't feel like taking a shower because it was nauseating.Despite this, the breakfast was perfect and plentiful, also suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Presence of vegetable milks, margarine and other options.Let's say, I would come to this hotel for an emergency, as it was this time (flight cancelled), but certainly not being able to choose it, neither for pleasure nor for business. I recommend it to those who have a low budget for the average for Munich, and I do not recommend it to those traveling on business (like me).

Rooms very rustically furnished. With a small bathroom but comfortable bed. The service is very good. In the morning there are different egg dishes made fresh to your liking and good coffee. All sorts of good, small, fine restaurants can be found in the area. The main station can be reached by tram in under 10 minutes including waiting time.

A very nice welcome, nice hosts, delicious breakfast. The car could be parked for free on a side street. What was particularly great was that we were able to check in early in the morning upon request.

Cramped rooms, the same bathroom and in addition everything is locked from 10 pm, including the elevator is out of order!Apart from the fact that the breakfast is above average and the staff speaks good English, I would not stay here again.The price is high for what it offers, 200 euros/day/room with breakfast included!!!NOT WORTH IT!!!

The Hotel Hahn on Landsberger Straße is one of the hotels in Munich that represents culture well. Family run. For half a century you have been encountering genuine Bavarian friendliness here.Charming and extremely authentic rooms make every Bavarian fan's heart beat faster.Not only Wiesen fans, the secret meeting place for FC Bayern fans and sixties fans are also welcome here.

We just wanted to get a good night's sleep and continue driving, but at 8 a.m. there was nothing better to do than renovate the bathroom in the room next to us.I woke up from the noise of the drill and various other machines that were on for hours and couldn't go back to sleep.Definitely amateurish behavior and no further recommendation.

Very quaint authentic Bavarian looking hotel albeit on a main road.Staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.Parking is an issue, if you have a day out don’t expect to be able to get parked as only four spaces down a narrow access tunnel.Rooms are basic, beyond basic actually so make sure you have drinks available as all the downstairs is locked at 2200hrs.

We noticed the friendliness of the staff from the start. At breakfast nothing was left to be desired. The rooms were sufficient and clean. Getting into the shower was possible for all of us, but certainly difficult for older people. The location is good for visiting Munich or a concert. You can walk, rent a bike or use public transport to reach everything. The car can be parked near the hotel. We would come back at any time!

We spent 3 nights in Munich. The tram was right in front of us, so transportation was very convenient.It was relatively quiet compared to the area in front of the central station, and it was convenient as it took about 7 minutes to get to the central station by taking the tram.The interior of the front desk and breakfast area has a calming Bavarian style.The room was a single room, and although it was not large, it was clean and had a relaxing interior.Breakfast was 18€ and was delicious, and the service of egg dishes and coffee was also good.It was a warm and relaxing stay.Wi-Fi connection is uneven.

Hotel well located opposite the tram and a few minutes walk from all S-Bahn lines, wide choice at breakfast, and very warm and helpful staff. Really a very good stay! THANKS(Small point of improvement: Wi-Fi which doesn't always work very well)

The rooms are clean but spartan. The service is good. ATTENTION: Before you book a room, you should definitely find out about the prices published on the hotel's website. We didn't do that and accepted or paid the price offered to us individually, which was more than twice as high as the price published on the hotel's website.

Rooms very fine, service very helpful. Good location (bus and train lines 3 mins walk) and there is also a few parking spots in the private courtyard. I did not find it first, had to park on the street, but eventually got there through very tight gateway (anything wider than BMW 3 series would be in trouble 😂). Overall I recommend the place.

We were given a very warm welcome. The service was great all around! The breakfast is very tasty and the location to the city center is great. The rooms are a bit rustic and outdated. Parking facilities are available.
