I am Spanish. We were about 9 people for almost 4 months living there in that hotel, we had everything, good times, bad... it is complicated to go to another country with another culture, even though we are Europeans, each country has its customs. In the end, we managed to adapt to each other. I have good memories of grandma, because when you go away from home for so long, in the end you see someone you miss.I had a bad time with the food because I wasn't used to everything with sauces, and they offered me other things or without sauces, infusions...total that in the end, like at home. The views and the area are incredible, you live in a big city and you go there in total peace, it is a pleasure. It's a shame it's so far away, otherwise I would make a visit to remember those moments.

Terrible !! The lady couldn't stand the change and she showed us that with the way she thinks it's right to interact with people. So if you are from the East avoid this place. There are far better hotels and, above all, cleaner ones.

The worst personal treatment in hotels I have ever seen. For me it's a -0, it's not even worth sleeping for one night

Can't understand the negative reviews. A clean, charming and lovingly run hotel in the village, a few kilometers from Neustadt. The landlady is an experienced, resolute but kind-hearted older lady of 85 years, who you can only admire based on her performance. When asked, she cooked for us and entertained us with stories from her humanly rich collection of things.Stayed there for business, but will definitely return there for personal reasons! The peace and quiet is wonderful, the rooms are tidy, new and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is rich and appetizing. The staff made the stay uncomplicated and friendly from start to finish.Definitely a recommendation. Free parking included.

We were insulted in the worst way by the hostess because we wanted to pour ourselves some soup on the balcony! That we were like Romanians etcA work colleague went straight to another hotel because he wasn't interested. From the next morning she assumed that he slept in one of our rooms. She just browsed the rooms every day even though we hung the DO NOT DISTURB card on the door. Just a completely unfriendly woman. The worst thing we have experienced so far after sleeping in several hotels where we worked as workers! Never again in this hotel! Greetings to the Austrians
