The room smelled like cigarettes, the curtains were torn, holes in the ceiling and the bathroom was not clean. To top that there was no one at the reception. as a guest you had to grab your own key.. we left after 5 min. Fotos arent what the hotel actually looks like.

When you have had a long journey and a stay in the hospital, you need one thing above all: rest and sleep. Then it's not appropriate if a wedding is celebrated in the hotel until 1 a.m. and the guests sing and shout loudly. Something like this should definitely be mentioned when making the reservation, as it doesn't fit everyone's living situation. In addition, there was no parking space in front of the hotel that evening, although this was also a factor that played a role when booking. The lady at the reception kindly gave me her parking space. She was very accommodating and asked me several times if I needed anything and if everything was okay. She was a 5/5.

The staff was very friendly. We were also able to stay longer in the restaurant in the evening and not be thrown out straight away :-)The rooms are ok if you just need a place to stay.Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy and you can hear the other guests talking next door.There are plenty of parking options and all of them are free, which we thought was great.

We stayed here for one night as a business trip. My colleague and I stayed in two single rooms, and her room was no better than mine. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! The hotel is an absolute no-go. I've never come across a room like this. Bed totally broken, all around. Dirt in the bathroom, broken shower head, dirty towel, the shower wall below was totally disgusting. The TV remote control is also pretty dirty. Curtain partially torn out. Windows haven't been cleaned in ages and door frames have been chipped.I had a room right above the entrance, the canopy covered in cigarette butts and two artificial fingernails. My room faced the street, which was quite loud even at night.The reception was unmanned, there was a telephone next to it, you were supposed to call, but no one answered. In the evening I went to reception again because of a spider problem. I called three phone numbers and no one answered.The breakfast was ok.Easily accessible from the S-Bahn, those are just the two positive things.

The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are reasonably clean. When showering it was not possible to have a snack afterward without flooding. You also had to be lucky to get warm water. The faucet wasn't tight and was shaking like crazy. Breakfast was so-so. Sufficient, but fresh bread/rolls would have been nice.

Arrived after a drive from Budapest before making my trip back to NZ door lock kept beeping got given tools to change battery my self. Bed was uncomfortable. Got up at 8 went to have a shower no hot water left. Didn't even risk having the breakfast food. Not before a long flight. Wouldn't stay again. How ever the girl on the desk was really nice and helpful.

The hotel has a central location, 10 minutes walk to the S and U Bahn. Bus stops diagonally opposite.Room and breakfast so-so 2 out of 3 days unfortunately cold water when showering.Gastronomy is an Italian in the hotel. Separate opening times. The staff at the counter were nice and friendly and very helpful!

Stayed at the Parkhotel Ambassador from May 9th to May 12th, 2024. Check in was great with a very nice gentleman. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was perfectly clean and had everything you needed. If you can't find anything there🙃. Check out was fun and friendly. Thank you for everything. We'll be back. Until then...stay healthy. Annette and Alwin Götz

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The man at reception was very, very friendly and uncomplicated. The room was ok in terms of furnishings but not clean. The bed was very comfortable. The busy street wasn't a problem for us, even with the window open.The bathroom was very small and unfortunately not very clean. The soap was almost empty and there was only one roll of toilet paper.We booked breakfast as well. The selection was very small. A total failure for the price - unfortunately.Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel - on a long shoulder. It's just a gamble to get a parking space there. But it worked great for us.The location is great. Next door and opposite there are huge green spaces for walking.

A good hotel for the price. Very friendly service. Everything was clean and everything you needed was there. Beds are comfortable. Quiet room with a view of a park. Breakfast buffet is rich and fresh. Given the price-performance ratio, there's really no reason to complain.

The gentleman at the reception was really very friendly and accommodating.The room was also absolutely fine for overnight stays.Apart from minor deficiencies in the bathroom in terms of cleanliness, this is also possible and we've experienced much worse.Absolutely recommended for sleeping during a training course! 👍

Unfortunately not so good. The hotel is already getting a little old and therefore it is already broken and worn out in many places. Moldy and leaky joints in the bathroom.Stained walls are also everywhere. The cleaning service is also not so thorough that you find things from the previous tenant.

We urgently needed a hotel room with our dogs because we had concert tickets. The location is great, it's a cozy hotel, very clean, a bit shabby, not ultra-modern, but extremely nice and friendly and absolutely recommended.

It would require substantial investment in the equipment and appearance of the rooms and the reception. It's enough to sleep over, but that's about it.
