Great little guesthouse with great service. The family takes great care of its guests. The accommodation is clean and nicely decorated. The location is very good. In just a few minutes' walk you are at the U-/S-Bahn station and can quickly reach Munich's city center. Everything was perfect. We would love to come back!

We received a warm welcome, the hosts are super nice and helpful.Very nice house with a great garden, rooms very clean, nice and the beds are super comfortable.We were very happy with everything. The location is a little outside in the green, 5 minutes. To the subway with good connections to the center.I can only recommend it

In mid-August we were spontaneously looking for accommodation near Munich as a family. Although there was only one official twin room, Mr. Daimer made it possible for us to stay there together. The room was clean and we received a very nice welcome. We were given tips and ideas for our stay.The guest house is just a few minutes' walk from the subway. This means that Munich can be reached very quickly.We can only recommend the guest house and thank you for a lovely stay.

Thank you very much Mr. Daimer,for the nice welcome and waiting for the house guests.We arrived later and the owner of the house was waiting for us, which I thought was really nice, even though we had an important appointment coming up.Reachable by phone and a solution for everything, simply perfect :-). Due to the house dust allergy, the carpet was removed.Visited the Power Day's in the Olympiahalle on December 9th, 2023 and December 10th, 2023. The P&R parking lot is right in front of the Aldi to park your car.Options with direct connection to the subway and S-Bahn or by bus. Tried everything👍.What we also thought was great was that the local bakery was also open on Sundays and snacks were guaranteed.We felt so comfortable that we will book again for the Oktoberfest.Very happy at any time and again and again, simply great.Thank you so much for everything 😃!

We (4 people) stayed in the Luise guesthouse for four nights for Oktoberfest. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We felt very comfortable again. The landlords are extremely nice and helpful. Ideal location as the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are just a few minutes' walk away. We would like to come again!

Visit Octoberfest 7'sWe stayed in this great guesthouse for a long weekend. The rooms were very clean and well ventilated.It is in a very quiet environment and you can reach the subway or S-Bahn and the inner city of Munich in no time. The landlord is extremely friendly and accommodating. Available at any time for questions or similar.We will definitely come back as it was a perfect starting point for us.
