We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. What should be positively highlighted is the excellent cleanliness of the rooms and the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The subway station right outside the door was particularly practical, which made connecting to the city really easy.Unfortunately, there were also a few disadvantages: The fan in the bathroom runs constantly, even at night, which can be a bit annoying. In addition, the air conditioning automatically reset itself to 22 degrees every day, which was a bit tedious in the long run.Overall, a recommendable place with minor room for improvement.

Rooms functional, but a clear no-go: the air conditioning in the rooms does NOT work and only blows foul air. For rooms that are advertised with air conditioning, I of course expect a functioning air conditioning system.The window/room facing the inner courtyard is often very loud in the evening/night. The SmartTV only has a few channels and YouTube, but no Amazon/Netflix or similar and is super slow. My toaster and telephone are also broken. Cleaning takes place about once a week. Internet relatively stable at 27/4 Mbits. In the basement there is a WM/dryer for 4 or 2.50 euros.All in all OK for people who don't come in summer and don't mind loud noises at night.

The building is near to subway, convenient to get. Room was very nice and clean, with comfortable bed.Unfortunately the hotel check-in procedure spoiled the impression overall. First, there was nobody at the reception at the address mentioned in the booking confirmation, nobody picked up the phone at the suggested phone number. Once finally the call was answered, they simply hanged up. Finally got to the Check-in to the other side of the building, which was handled by other hotel. I spent long time at the Check-in due to technical problems: the lady at the reception couldn't unlock the key-card and after 40 minutes she gave me the key-card saying "I hope it works, go to the room and try ". I went there and the card didn't work, so I should come back again. From the other 2 cards provided to me again only one worked.

I booked a hotel and was moved to an unserviced apartment. I was solo travelling, I booked a hotel, for safety and so that people could see my comings and goings. The apartment has more than enough space for an iron. The rooms need them, you should have to walk outside to go to the iron room (one iron for the whole hotel and apartments).With all the space between the hotel and apartments, there should be a gym.

I stayed at this hotel in April for a business trip.The location was quite central and there were plenty of shopping opportunities in the area.Parking options are rare, which is why the underground car park is recommended for 20 euros/day.The room is quite small, especially the bed is in a niche, which seems a bit cramped.The windows are large and let in a lot of light near the bed.The kitchenette is opposite the bathroom door and is rather dark.You can't cook there without light.The only table is "blocked" with the television, the router and the telephone.Sitting and eating or working properly is not possible at this table.The blind went up around 6 a.m. for whatever reason.On the third night it didn't go down at all.A slat was missing from the ceiling lamp.The bathroom was mostly clean, only the solid glass pane of the shower next to the toilet was still sprinkled with remains of shower gel.Otherwise, the shower is large and not cramped.The rain shower in particular is a plus point.However, I was a bit shocked by the cleanliness of the kitchenette.The floor in front of the row was stuck and had some burnt spots.There was a lot of leftover spices next to the microwave, as well as an old room card from the previous guest.The stovetop was only roughly wiped over.This was still greasy and greasy.The coffee machine could not be used because the water container was full of limescale.There was also old yellow water in the tank.The kettle was also completely calcified and crumbling.Hygiene and cleanliness should always be ensured, especially in the food sector.Making the kitchen available to a guest like this is definitely not okay.

The location was perfect, with direct access to the subway and bus. Parking options for cars are poor, the underground car park costs 20 euros per day and if you want to charge your electric car, a charge costs another 20 euros. The service, well, room cleaning was agreed every Friday, but unfortunately no one came. You always had to complain that someone came. German language at the service point was in vain and rarely did you find staff who spoke German. Complaint email was ignored. I stayed in one of these apartments for 2 months.

Apartment completely fine, clean and good facilities. Otherwise just too loud, noisy street, loud ventilation and loud refrigerator. Sleeping is only possible with Oropax. Nothing for more than one night.

The proximity to the subway and the relatively quiet environment are positive.The rooms are functionally equipped and quite modern, although very small. My room did have a desk, but it was built into the closet and was half taken up by an out-of-place television that would have been better on the wall opposite the bed anyway.The ventilation in the bathroom, which could be clearly heard through a sliding door, was very annoying. At least you could remove the fuse without turning off the sockets, but the light then stopped working.The drain smelled unpleasant and there were stains on a towel and the duvet. There was no hairdryer and it took a lot of force to get the elevator.In addition, the cutlery was lying around untidy in the cupboard, but at least it was still clean at first glance.Unfortunately, the service was also terrible: the employee took phone calls during my check-in and seemed quite uninterested.I said clearly that I would like to pay by card today. After a while he looked at me again and asked how I wanted to pay. He then had to get a card payment machine from the office; he was only allowed to use the more modern one at reception for the hotel, not for the apartments. However, the device did not work properly. He then suggested that I could pay when I left. I asked to pay directly so as not to have to wait at check out. I then had to ask him to deposit the card in the booking system and charge it there.To my feedback that customers should be informed before arrival that check-in takes place at the hotel and not at the entrance to Home, he just nodded uncertainly and said that he could understand that. I therefore asked whether he really understood the request. He uncertainly denied this.At this point I would have expected some kind of accommodation or apology, but there was no trace of it. Instead, I was charged for the breakfast that was not booked and not used.

The location of the hotel is good. Unfortunately the room wasn't very clean. A towel was dirty, the coffee machine wasn't cleaned, the glass in the bathroom was dirty. There was a kettle, but I couldn't use it because it had an English/American (?) plug that didn't fit into the socket. The mattress was quite saggy and the ventilation in the bathroom was - as mentioned in other reviews - very loud throughout.
