Both the Schmucker brewery and the inn are easy to get to, offer some parking spaces and friendly staff.The inn is cozy and has a nice outdoor area.I would describe the kitchen as a rustic kitchen. The dishes are appetizingly prepared and tasty.

Nestled in the beautiful Mossautal valley, next to the Schmucker brewery is the Hotelgasthof Schmucker. Of course, all of the brewery's specialties can also be found on the menu at the inn - that's how regionality works!The beer garden is nestled comfortably between the brewery and the inn with a rustic atmosphere, where larger groups can also be accommodated. The menu is middle-class with a clear commitment to the Odenwald.The food is good craftsmanship and plentiful. For me it was the service that made this trip a wonderful experience. Friendly and competent. I reordered something and they were happy to accept it - that's worth a lot these days. Gladly again

I am a local resident and always like to go to the inn when time permits.It is very invitingly furnished, especially the beer garden, which allows you to let everything hang out and enjoy it.If I can judge it, the food is great, I can only recommend every dish, of course it's always a matter of taste. But when we held our company dinner there, everyone was thrilled.

Beautifully located in the countryside, in the picturesque surroundings of the Odenwald... and yet easily accessible. Great selection of drinks with brewery products fresh from the tap - combined with very tasty food! Very good, friendly and quick service in the inn & beer garden. There was also a socket for eBikers to charge during their lunch break. Everything tip top during my visit!

In beautiful Ober Mossau, located right next to the Schmucker private brewery, various guest rooms depending on your needs, good home-style food, great service, rooms are 80 years old, but clean and spacious!

Before our hike, we had reserved a table for 4 p.m. directly on site. According to the opening times published on the Internet, the restaurant is open all day, with a snack menu in the afternoon. However, we discovered that the restaurant was closed until 4:30 p.m. They could have told us that when we made the reservation

Our family weekend at the Gasthof Schmucker was a complete success. 10 people between the ages of 3 and 88 had a great time in the hotel and restaurant. The rooms are clean and fine. The guest rooms are attractive and invite you to linger for a long time.Good beer. Enjoy your meal.Very friendly service.The beer garden is idyllic and families with children are welcome.Kudos to the boss Markus Fritsch and his team👍

Were there for dinner. The restaurant is located directly at the brewery and you can also take guided tours at certain times. It's in a very rural location and it's quite a drive to get there, but the girls who take care of your physical well-being are really on the ball, super friendly and always consider whether you as a guest are missing something, the prices and the services are appropriate and not too cheap Not too expensive and what we had was really tasty. I can definitely recommend it.
