Access mmm is a bit complicate. Just 20 min walking from bus. Undisputable plus is nearby Jena forest park - a bit abandoned, but still beautiful.

Randomly they say they don't have any free room!Some rooms are clean some have a lot of insects!Be careful to not loose you keys!Overall: Here is the good start to see how harsh, apathetic and negligent are east Germans! Change your route!

Excellent place to stay for newcomers to Jena. The rooms are small, but quite convenient for one person. Depending on the location of your room you will have a spectacular view of Jena.Something very convenient is that there is a laundry and drying area in the building. The room has a kitchenette and individual bathroom. The furniture included is a bed, closet and desk. Fortunately, they borrow you some cleaning utensils as well as a small set of dishes and pans.The nearest bus station is Zeiss Werck, which is a 15-minute walk away. Although it may not seem like a long time, it can be more of a challenge when you do the groceries, since the guest house islocated slight upward slope.

The flat is big enough for one. It is tidy and has a small kitchen with stuff like plates, spoons, stove, water boiler, a mini firdge and etc. You will recieve bed sheets and pillow and a blanket upon entry. 15 minutes walk to the bus station to city center....

The rooms are okay, they are equipped with everything you may need, from a small fridge-stove-sink to pots, pans, and other cooking and eating utensils, a couple chairs, small tables, a bed, a closet and heating system, all rooms also have access to a balcony. When you arrive you're provided with a linen kit including a towel, hand towel and bedclothes. The thing that I didn't like is that they charge you with a professional cleaning service and the room, as well as the utensils weren't clean, the tables and desk were sticky, and the kitchenette was very grimy. The upside is that the staff is very helpful. Overall the place is okay, is good, but it could improve, there also isn't an elevator which means that you have to climb the stairs, imagine living in the 6th floor and trying to bring all your luggage up. It's also about 15 minutes from the closest bus stop and it's up a mountain

I guess the cheapest accommodation that you will find in jena. Fully furnished room including cutleries. They provide you bed pillow, duvet, bed sheets, bathroom and kitchen towels and they clean them for you twice a month. There is laundry and dryer facility at the basement which is free of charge. The only downside is the location. The nearest bus stop is 10- 12 mins down hill from the accommodation.

The internet here is really really poor. The speed of wifi is not more than 200KB/s in the most of time. You can not watch a video fluently. The only star is for the friendly staff.

Almost perfect! An example of what a Guest House should be: from a quiet and cozy atmosphere to all the necessary, and even more, amenities in the room. For a slight shortage of washing machines and dryers - 4.5!

Nice apartments with awesome facilities as fast internet, free use of laundry facilities. The only pet peeve is that it's quite far from the nearest bus station and supermarket.

This place is a very good option to start with Jena, the only drawback is that the public transportation does not cover the neighbourhood, you have to walk up the hill about 13 min from the nearest bus station which is not very; but considering that the nearest supermarket is about 15 mins walking distance away, that can be a bit hard walking up with full bags.
