Breakfast is alright. Vending machines are WAY overpriced. Laundry facilities are small (3 washer/dryer for every 2 floors). Rooms are clean. Staff are great.

First this hotel is not on the local economy, it's situated on a US Military installation. The rules for eligibility are set so if you have the checks in all the right boxes it's an option.My take is from a several week stay. The hotel caters to families of military and civilians staying in temp lodging to move to/from the Stuttgart area along with those on temporary duty.It's on on base, it's close to on base shopping and facilities, is US oriented, has play ground facilities for kids, free laundry rooms, within walking distance to a host of services including many of the support organizations needed for in processing/ out processing when you arrive or leave. That's the positive and to honest it's the only game in town to offer that level of accessibility to needed services.The downside, it's expensive and the rooms are decorated with "early to mid American depressing"Considering most will be on orders and getting reimbursed, and many are required to stay there if available, they get away with the rates.Taking location out of the equation and rating it as a hotel against accommodations on the local economy it falls short, way short. The bed was uncomfortable, chair was more uncomfortable. decor shameful, furniture that looks like it came out of a 1980s barracks room, a sorely lacking fitness center and very basic non competitive breakfast selection. Wifi is spotty and slow, cable tv channels buffer frequently, some rooms are extended stay with "kitchettes" but the others have tiny fridges and small microwaves.If you do have a choice weigh the pros/cons. There are definitely advantages especially for families but the hotel rooms and amenities are far from stellar. Expected more at $220 per night rate.

Great customer service!!! Room 426-428 is the best!!!!!!! Best decision to move in here on the PCS out!Lots of free laundry soap in the laundry room due to PCSers.

The staff are extremely pleasant and very accommodating. They provide as much information you need to get settled in. Standard rooms, they are what you expect and provide all the basic needs. The main PX is literally about 1000 yards from the hotel as well as the High/Middle school in walking distance.

I asked for late check-out and was given one extra hour. Upon returning to my room to collect the last of my belongings, the cleaning lady threw away ALL my groceries in the refrigerator and the hotel would not compensate the lost. I was still within my extra hour for check-out!

Ridiculously expensive for the quality and value of the room. The mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable. They provide a very basic breakfast. Ok in a pinch but not great. There best feature is the all you can drink self serve coffee machines dispersed throughout the hotel. They do have laundry machines on sight.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Standard Per Diem rates and a completely unacceptable breakfast for that price. Packaged bagels, muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, water, juice and a decent coffee machine. For that price you can get a nice room with a very nice breakfast out in town.

Room is just okay. Staff is also okay. The real negative is that the military forces you to stay at on base lodging when you could be much better accommodations off post. The "Breakfast" is no more than snacks and drinks. Seating is very lacking, 4 tables that usually are taken but single individuals, meaning family have to take multiple trip there to get there snacks and drinks. Once again accommodations off post include an actual breakfast for the same price.

Not great. It's only good if you are PCSing and have 6 cats. They hit the max lodging rate, and the breakfast is stale bagles, exchange muffins, and boiled eggs. For the nightly rate, you can stay in town and get a decent breakfast. You can not adjust the AC.The staff is great and the service is good. It's just an overpriced room for a person on a TDY trip.
