Spent a week here in house no. 40 (via Booking at Interhome)Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room (which unfortunately does not reach the bedrooms)Beautiful surroundings with lots of walking opportunities and nice places to visit. Very friendly people! The WIFI in the house was really crap; it went out every hour! The sofa cannot be called a sofa, it is not comfortable at all and the picnic table outside is really on the verge of collapse.Furthermore, the house is completely furnished and has a new kitchen with all necessities and the bed sleeps wonderfully. We did have some noise pollution from the sports fields below, we were really here for a week of rest and if that is promised then that is what you expect. The entrance to the house is not passable (so you use the path of the adjacent house) and the parking space is also very small and not directly at the house.Nice that upon arrival the next day for breakfast you can pick up 2 fresh rolls from the shop and there is a jar of homemade jam ready. We had completely forgotten about it and found the sandwiches at our front door, very nice!On arrival you have to pay a deposit of one hundred euros in cash. On return, after more than a week, we contacted Booking.com to ask if we would get our deposit back. They contacted the owner and it was on our account within 2 days. .We also missed a barrier: anyone can enter this park, which gave us a slightly unsafe feeling. There is also a very nice BBQ at the house! The area invites you for a next visit, but we will let this house pass us by, otherwise it should have been further renovated and with well-functioning internet reception.

We had rented the Appelbloesem house, it was stated that the road to the house was too steep. The road to the house was too steep. It was not possible to reach the top with an e-bike. It was not possible to walk. We were cramped and had rented it for 2 weeks. We left after a week. The village was good, tasty Italian restaurant, ok bakery and butcher shop, ok.Edersee was fun to cycle

Booked this house again after 10 years. What had changed was a different TV and a dishwasher. Sofa needs to be replaced, you just sit on the wood, the cushions are worn out. …

We had rented house 241 / 243 (privately) (vakantiehuiskellerwald . nl)Super friendly help before and during the stay. The house is very neat and beautifully situated with a beautiful view.Beautiful nature all around with plenty of walking opportunities. There are no notable facilities at the park.We had to get the key at Sonny's bar where you can also get sandwiches in the morning if you have ordered them a day in advance. We did not find the employees at Sonny's bar all very friendly. The reception was curt (perhaps because we do not speak German well?) and during interim contact it was also curt. Only the older lady was very friendly (mother of?)Swimming pool and mini golf etc. are all dilapidated and no longer in use.

beautiful holiday park with cozy houses, apart from a small restaurant with a small mini market there are no other shopping options. The nature is incredibly beautiful and hiking was a lot of fun here. The starry sky at night is also a highly recommended experience

The houses are clean and well-maintained, but not all have the same amenities. Unfortunately there is no highway nearby, so you have to drive a lot overland. However, the area is very beautiful. We actually needed 3 houses next to each other, which wasn't a problem last year, but was this year. The third house was also too far away.Otherwise, highly recommended.
