We were there for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The room we had was clean and nice. It was always pleasantly quiet and you could spend the days wellUnfortunately there were only 2 hotplates in the kitchen, which meant you couldn't use a large pot and a pan at the same time.The cleaning staff were nice, the only problem was that if you had booked for 6 days, the cleaning staff would clean the rooms twice and if you didn't have any toilet paper, you had to organize it yourself.We didn't really notice much about the service. There was no one there on the weekends and unfortunately no one was in the office during the week, but that wasn't a problem.You can even wash and dry your laundry for €2 in House C, but on the last day there was a yellow liquid next to the dryer that smelled like urine.The location of the apartments was okay. If you don't have a driver's license, shopping will be a bit difficult, although there is a Rewe nearby, about a 10-minute walk away, and a Turkish bakery right in front, which was also quite okay. To get into the city, there are 2 bus stops within a short distance. There were also 3 parking spaces that were included in the price. What was a real shame, however, was that there were no benches so you had to sit on the hard stairs. We also wanted to sit down in the courtyard.We would come back again

I often have to go to AB and can't find a better price-performance ratio for overnight stays! The rooms are modern, clean and the location is ideal! The service team can always be reached by phone or on site if you have any questions or comments!Many a hotel can learn a thing or two from this!Checking in and out is made easy with the key safe and there is enough parking space in the yard free of charge!Always my pleasure!

Catastrophe.Sleeping on the folding sofa for such prices, no cleaning, noise, children crying and noise opposite the DPD reloading point on the other side of the railway tracks, never again.The appearance on the Internet is fake.

Dear readers,I would like to share my positive experience with the Milchhof Apartments Aschaffenburg and leave a Google review.I had the pleasure of staying in one of the Milchhof Apartments during my stay in Aschaffenburg and loved it from start to finish. The apartments are modernly furnished and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. I immediately felt at home.The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always available to help and advise me and gave me great tips for activities in the area. The cleanliness of the apartments was also excellent.The location of the apartments is also ideal. The city center of Aschaffenburg can be reached in just a few minutes.I can fully recommend the Milchhof Apartments Aschaffenburg and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Aschaffenburg.Many thanks to the entire team for the great stay!

The apartments were very spacious. Unfortunately the interior leaves a lot to be desired. Although booked for 4 people, there were only two chairs. The cleanliness was superficially satisfactory, but if you, for example, lifted the shower lid or opened the windows, it wasn't clean at all. The kettle broke the first time it was used. Unfortunately, in 5 days not even the trash was emptied and there was unfortunately no equipment for vacuuming or mopping. But the apartments were reasonably priced.

My worst stay!!The rooms stink. The bed fell apart.. no daily cleaning..Equipment from 1980.The toilet has no door lock..The shower is rotten and the water doesn't rinse off.. I felt like I was in Serbia.. never again!! One star is still too many!!

Great boarding house. We recommend. Rooms are very clean and smell pleasant. Everything you need. Shops within walking distance. Since I had to extend it spontaneously for business reasons, this was made possible without much effort. Very nice team, thank you very much. Again any time.

Rooms don't look like they are advertised in the pictures...Some run-down rooms in need of renovation.The cleaning staff overlook a lot (such as cleaning the windows including window sills, floors, cupboards, mirrors, ...) The taps are all calcified and some of them are already forming green edges.Tiles (in the bathroom) are all “DIRTY” (disgusting).The cupboards (especially the shelf in the bathroom cupboard) have not been cleaned and some toothpaste residue or hair from the guests can still be seen. The table didn't even see a wet washcloth when cleaning! (Everything dirty). Beds are very small! And sometimes just put a board in as a “slatted frame”! (Impudence).Doors and door handles are "filthy" and sticky.Some mattresses are not protected but are only covered with a bed sheet (so everything that is done on the bed ends up in the mattress!)The location is also very unfortunate because the hotel is located directly behind a train line (also in an industrial area) and is the neighbor of the DPD. Since the DPD works all night, you can constantly hear the trucks driving past and the terrible bang when the containers are unloaded.The only thing I can rate positively is the large parking lot and the elevator in the main building. The parking lot is directly on the premises and offers a large amount of space for parking.

Very Pleasant experience.(This was my first travel to Aschaffenburg and temporary stay for two months. I newly moved to germany on employment.)Over all experience of stay throughout two months was very good.Rooms are clean same as shown in the pictures and also cleaned weekly.Kitchen has all utensils for cooking.Rooms have microwave, coffee machine, kettle and hair dryer.Washing and ironing of clothes can be done in the washing area.Staff is very polite and good. They even got me the heater fixed on one late night when heater was not working.I would like to specially thank Michael for the help during my stay and quick response to emails and calls on case of urgent need.If stay needs to be extended or dates are changed you need to keep the staff informed in advance and they l do the best to make sure you get your extended in case of rooms availability.
