Great location! In 5 minutes you can be in the middle of the old town, and it's a 15-minute walk to the train station.Service is also very good, someone can always be reached by phone, check-in and payment are easy and friendly.We had the large apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony. Very tastefully decorated, everything was very clean. Only the shower cubicle needs to be replaced... We would still come back!

Apartments about 1.2km from the train station. Quite good to stay overnight for two days. Rooms for singles are reactively large with a refrigerator. Bathroom a bit small for people over 1.90m like me. Unfortunately there wasn't a single channel on the TV. Contact was friendly and flexible when paying.

Basic amenities were missing. The coffee machine was broken, no water, no coffee or anything else. Premium price but low quality. In addition, the room smelled of cigarettes.

beautiful apartments.Despite being on the main street, it is nice and quiet.Shopping options are within walking distance, as well as parks and the city center with beautiful shops.The Main with its inviting beer garden can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by bus.

Unfortunately it doesn't have much to do with apartments. The room is approximately 14 square meters. The bathroom about 3 to 4 square meters. The TV does not work. The kitchenette so-so. There was no view of the city either. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Problem reported and nothing happened. The room door is stuck and can only be closed by pressing, which is a bit louder and echoes through the hallway. In short, we won't book there anymore. Price performance is not right.

Booking as a company was super uncomplicated and Ms. Doka gave us a very warm welcome.The room was very clean and everything you need for a stay is there.There are:- a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, 2 hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine and a microwave- a small bathroom with shower- a balcony- a dining table in the living areaThe only detraction is the street noise around it. It was still very loud until after 9 p.m., but closed windows largely helped.All in all recommended and very good for a stay of several days.

It's a bit noisy on the street, the bathroom is very tight, so fat people should definitely be discouraged. Friendly welcome, everything was sparkling clean. Slept well, thumbs up!

Small apartment, clean and inexpensive. Very friendly lady on the phone. Easily reach the city center on foot. If you don't get one of the two parking spaces, parking will be difficult.

First of all: a nice alternative to the classic hotel. The operator is extremely friendly and flexible, which of course makes everything very easy.Checking out is extremely easy, you simply throw the key into a locked box and you're done.The room was very clean, only in the corners of the ceiling were there cobwebs. The small bathroom niche was clean, as were the towels.The bed was clean, the covers had no annoying smell of fabric softener.I'm giving four stars because I have two small comments and can't give four and a half stars:- There was soap with a melon scent in the bathroom. That was really hard to bear and a neutral soap would have been a better choice.- it would have been nice if there had been two coffee pods for the Senseo and perhaps two coffee creamers and a bottle of water. Apartments don't usually offer this, I know, but as an overnight guest you rarely go shopping beforehand.Conclusion:The friendly and uncomplicated contact was very refreshing. Recommended.

My son and I stayed here for about ten days. The apartment they assigned us was number 24 on the second floor and not being on the street it was particularly quiet. The apartment is small but comfortable and the mini kitchen has everything you need.The girl running it was super nice and kind.The location is also excellent for reaching the center and the nearby shopping center on foot. Furthermore, an important point for those with children, there are two parks in the immediate vicinity. Catering services under the apartment such as sushi/pizza/kebab/brewery and Italian cuisineWe will definitely be back.

We spent a few days in Aschaffenburg. We had apartment 11 on the 1st floor. Facing the street, but it wasn't particularly annoying. The 2 single beds were comfortable. The small kitchenette is quite spartan. No deep plates. Not ideal for my morning muesli. The bathroom is very small, but ok. The shower holder is loose and there is no shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower. The toilet flush is just about up to the task. Overall the apartment was clean. Except for the curtain, which probably hasn't been washed in years. However, the location makes up for the small deficiencies. The city center can be reached in 5 minutes. The price/performance ratio is good.Conclusion: highly recommended. We would come back at any time.But there are a few little things that need to be done. Then it would be perfect.

Overall we were satisfied. The apartment was very spacious, the bedroom and living room were renovated and furnished in a contemporary Ikea style. The kitchen wasn't completely new, but it was functional and equipped with the essentials. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit older and had a few defects (broken shower head holder, worn shower cubicle).Breakfast is not offered. The location is good - on a main street, but you can quickly walk to the old town or the park.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff is very attentive and extremely nice. The apartments are located in the city and everything is within walking distance. Price-performance ratio is more than fair. Any time again and highly recommended!

Welcoming Ms. Doka, whose interior design is minimalist and friendly, close to the center, clean and comfortable resting place, enjoy a happy stay with your friend, lover and family, there is a car park, Ms. Doka did not charge me for parking, thank you to her, as soon as possible. I want to stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Average hotel.We had paid parking but getting the van through the narrow gate was a bit of a problem. I had to lower my rear view mirrors to be able to park in the yard.Passenger cars will pass without any problems.The room was clean. The internet was very slow. I couldn't even watch YouTube on my computer because it wouldn't load.Some walls are made of plasterboard, so you can hear everything, so if you come across noisy neighbors or children who cry almost all night, you won't get much sleep.Some guests did not respect the night's silence and slammed the door and shouted at midnight.The equipment of the rooms was fine, the towels were clean.
