Yesterday we had dinner with our friends at the Gasthaus Zum Adler and were pleasantly surprised. The stylish, high-quality furnished rooms and the friendly welcome, which is rarely found today, impressed us and our guests very much.The courteous, friendly service and the quality of the food are exceptionally high, and the portions are large. A top recommendation is the Hungarian Pörkölt - a beef goulash - the very tender meat is served in a pleasant, slightly spicy sauce.We really enjoyed our stay at the Adler and will definitely be back soon.Our rating:👨🍳👨🍳👨🍳👨🍳👨🍳 by 👨🍳👨🍳👨🍳👨🍳👨🍳P.S. The price/performance ratio is extremely high 👍🏽

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Even though the shop was almost empty and there were a maximum of two tables occupied, I waited almost an hour for my food. When the food finally arrived, the portions were surprisingly small and none of us were full. While the ambience of the restaurant is nice, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit there comfortably for several hours. The long wait times, tiny portions and lack of comfort greatly marred the overall experience. Unfortunately, not a recommendation if you want to leave the restaurant full and relaxed.

We felt very comfortable as a group of 4 traveling through on bicycles. A hotel,modernly renovated with lots of charm. The staff was particularly friendly and nice and really answered all questions and service mattersNice people, great service: we were thrilled. Thank you again for everything.

A long-established restaurant and restaurant was taken over by new owners four years ago. Everything was lovingly and lavishly renovated over the course of two years and has now been available to guests again for two years. During the renovation everything was turned inside out and it is a very nice mix of old and new. There are many historical elements that have been taken over and mixed with new functional elements. A really nice station wagon. The rooms are of a modern, upscale standard (I was allowed to look at all rooms), very tidy and clean. There is an inn, a historic covered courtyard and a meeting or event room for 30 people. All in all, the red thread of the renovation runs through all areas of the inn and the economy. The chef is still a real chef and the food is very tasty and tasty, the menu is small but nice and a mixture of German and Hungarian classics. There is something for the little ones but also something for the big appetite. The portions of the main courses are decent. If you want, there are also Hungarian wines, regional and Hungarian schnapps and of course freshly tapped, tasty beer. Of course there are also non-alcoholic drinks :) The staff is very attentive and friendly. The prices are humane. Also ideal for those traveling by bike, as it is very close to the Main cycle path.

We were only there to eat, so no review for the rooms. The whole restaurant and the rooms make a very good impression. Newly decorated, bright with lots of woodwork, modern facilities, looks good. The staff was friendly and the food was also very tasty, a clear recommendation!
