Location is great because it's super central, unfortunately there are very few alternatives in Flensburg and even not particularly good accommodation is quite expensive. So does this accommodation. I think 130 euros for a room with a double bed in this condition is really a lot of money. You can park on site, but it currently costs 13 euros per day and there is no guarantee of space, so we parked somewhere else. The service was super nice and gave us good advice. Unfortunately, the room itself was really not in good condition, the carpet was completely faded, the bed and lamps were scratched. Certainly furnished in the 70s and never renewed. But it's ok so far because it's clean. But the smell was bad, very musty and I'm not normally sensitive to smells. Had to ventilate for a long time. During the night we noticed that the beds smelled extremely moldy - but it was too late for us to ask for another room. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really good - good selection, everything fresh, although we came last.

Centrally located hotel.Not state of the art, but nice and clean. Good size of the rooms.Friendly staff.A little scary area in the backyard, especially when it's dark.

This hotel serves a great breakfast. It is also close to the harbour and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff are helpful and very friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean. However, there were no curtains on either of the two windows in our room, and there was only a half- blind on one. This meant the room was never dark enough for a comfortable night's sleep without a sleep mask (which I didn't have unfortunately).

Price/performance ratio is not right (anymore). . . I spent the night and had breakfast wonderfully in the Südspeicher in Kappeln for the same money.Either lower the prices or invest. . . too bad. . .

You don't have to choose the hotel if you want a view. You have to choose the hotel if you want to live close to the pedestrian street, etc. It is possible to buy a parking space at a reasonable price. The room had plenty of space. Clean and tidy all over, but not super modern.

Elderly hotel but not shabby. Nice plain breakfast included.

Service and location are totally fine, friendly staffs - locate well in center. Breakfast was great.I got a room wich have Seagull hubs outside the window. I heard they screamed "all night long"!!!!!!.I couldn't sleep at all. It was a terrible night. Anyway, there is no one fault. But just becareful and make sure to stay in the rooms at another site of the building.

Good breakfast. Room spacious, but totally run down (carpet worn, partly torn, the floor underneath uneven - sometimes gives way), cleanliness in the public areas is OK, in the room itself (especially in the bathroom) in need of improvement. The location in the 2nd row wouldn't be bad in itself - as there would be less traffic noise from the main road. However, the extremely loud and constant screaming of the seagulls, which apparently have their nesting places behind the hotel, is an absolute disgrace that makes it difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. Anyone who has a room facing the (shabby) back yard is literally “punished” here.

We were there for one night. We had ordered a second pillow in advance. It worked wonderfully. The reception was very nice. The rooms were clean (size ok, 2 armchairs, TV, desk, fridge). The bathroom is big enough and also clean. The facility is getting old, but still ok. There was nothing to complain about at the breakfast buffet. Everything as you know it and want it. Service friendlyand attentive. The breakfast room is quite small and narrow. The location of the hotel is perfect, a few minutes from the pedestrian zone. The hotel doesn't look very nice from the outside and there's no special view either. But it's quiet! Quite ok for 1 or 2 nights! We would come back!

Location is good considering the distance to the city. However, too little is done for the guests. The screaming of the seagulls lasts 24 hours, meaning you can't open a window and watch TV. You don't understand a word. Since some of the rooms are on the west side, you have sun all afternoon. This means you have to endure 30 °C because there is no climate control.
