The room was ok, but too expensive. The landlady was neutral, not particularly friendly.I found the breakfast a disgrace:I would have expected something different from a B&B!For 7 euros 1 drink + 1 butter pretzel or a sweet item delivered to your room.We rode our bikes into town in the evening; it would have been too far to walk.

Never again! It is located close to the center, the beds are made daily and the trash is cleaned daily. Towels are exchanged when they are placed on the floor. The rooms are nice.Unfortunately that's it for the positive!Doesn't make for a reasonable breakfast, which is what I expect from a B&B! If only there was a "small breakfast" brought to the room. This would include a tea or coffee as well as a pastry or pretzel. We would have paid €7 for that. Plates and cups should then be taken out of the room and, logically, washed in the bathroom sink yourself, as there is no sink. "Extremely hygienic" No thanks! So we took care of breakfast ourselves and disinfected the sink with our own disinfectant before and after rinsing. The refrigerators were also interesting: in one room there was one outside on the balcony when it was 30 degrees and it hardly got cold. In the other room, after it finally started, it was so cold that everything was frozen. The TV was very very small. The WiFi was a disaster. The wardrobes had no place to hang in one room and no place to put anything in the other. So most of it stayed in the suitcase. The beds were rock hard and the pillows were terrible as they were hard to shape. So I return home from my vacation with back and neck pain.Certain little things were checked every day, but if I pay €1,050 for a week for a small room, I expect that it will at least be vacuumed and not that I have to sweep through after 3 days. Now what has already been described by several people: friendly is different! It started when the doorbell rang. The intercom is set to quiet and due to the rail tracks being very close, the noise level was a bit louder so we rang the bell a second time and she found that outrageous: you could have just answered and she would have come. In addition, she was immediately very assertive, looked very grim and you weren't even greeted properly. She wanted to take my dog immediately upon arrival so that things would go faster. When I didn't allow that, she got pretty stroppy and really snapped.Supposedly a big dog lover but at 9:30 p.m. the door downstairs was locked and you were only supposed to go in and out in an emergency. Very funny in hot temperatures, logically you only walk the dog properly after 9 p.m. in cooler temperatures and then logically for a little longer. There was also a very snappy and commanding tone of voice. It was the first and last time in this room rental, which has absolutely nothing to do with a bed & breakfast and is completely overpriced for this facility without breakfast!

very friendly welcome from the hostess. the room is nicely decorated and very clean. There was no breakfast, which wasn't a problem for us. You could go to a bakery nearby, which we saw open on Sunday morning. There was a parking space fifty meters away. the bed was nice and cozy. we felt good. Thanks.

I’ve been meaning to review this place for years. We stayed twenty years ago in the summer of 2002. At the time Rick Steves was a big fan. Nice enough place but I echo others who find the eponymous Suzanne to be rude, in fact the rudest host we’ve run into in dozens of trips to Europe.

Nice welcome with good tips for the area. Super nice location and also relatively central. Not a five-star hotel, but we felt really comfortable for a week.
