A HORROR EXPERIENCE WITH BED BUGS AND CATASTROPHAL SERVICE!!!!Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to book this accommodation and can only expressly warn against it! The hotel is infested with bed bugs and instead of seriously addressing the problem we were met with ignorance and disinterest. We found bed bugs not only in the bedroom, but also in the shared kitchen - absolutely disgusting! The condition of the rooms is unacceptable, and worst of all: the landlord is completely uncooperative.We discovered bed bugs after the first night, and when we reported this immediately, the landlord couldn't be reached. He did not respond to calls or messages. Even when we pointed this out to the cleaners and showed photos, only the bed was freshly made - no apology, no serious action. A room swap? None! It was more than obvious that no one here wanted to take responsibility for the intolerable conditions.To make matters worse, the area is unpleasant in the evenings, which added to the feeling of insecurity. Overall, this stay was an absolute disaster: hygiene standards are completely ignored here and the service is practically non-existent.If you value cleanliness, safety and good customer service, you should definitely not stay in this hotel. Save yourself the hassle and find better accommodation - this nightmare is definitely not worth the money!

Despite the fact that the staff was friendly, I was left with a terrible impression - the room was infested with bedbugs. We contacted the owner with a request to solve the problem, but received no response. It was impossible to stay there, the vacation was greatly ruined. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Don't go here! The property is full of bed bugs. We found several bed bugs on our bed and walls in the middle of the night. We then contacted the landlord or tried to do so because he did not respond to calls or messages. When we spoke to the cleaners, they didn't believe us until we showed them pictures. Afterwards only the room was reoccupied and locked. No action was taken by the landlord.The environment is also frightening.Better book something else!

This accommodation is not recommended because you won't get any help from the landlord if you have problems. We had bed bugs in the bedroom and kitchen during our stay in Berlin and the landlord didn't even answer the phone. To date the landlord has not contacted us. It could be scary in the evening as there are a lot of junkies in the area. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more money for better accommodation.

Worst stay of my life - bed bugs and poor service!I recently stayed at this guesthouse with friends for the Lollapalousa festival and I strongly advise against staying here. We were plagued by bed bugs on the first night. Later even found some of the disgusting animals in the bed. It was absolutely disgusting! Had to get out of the pension immediately!When we asked the operator about it, he reacted completely unprofessionally and unfriendly, i.e. not at all! Instead of apologizing or fixing the problem, there was help, no room exchange, nothing just silence on his part. We were only offered to clean the room during the day by the cleaning staff who were gathered in an adjoining room, but that doesn't help us as these BUGS can only be driven away with strong agents - the infestation was already severe and the critters made it into the communal kitchen have managed.The customer service is an absolute disaster and the hygiene issue was ignored. I have the feeling that the operator is only interested in money and takes no responsibility for the condition of his rooms. I've never experienced anything like this!If you value cleanliness, good service and no psychological horror, you should definitely avoid this guesthouse.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS! We discovered several bed bugs in 2 rooms on the first night. Absolutely disgusting!! Landlords cannot be reached by phone or email.We had to move to another hotel at our own expense. Booking wasn't helpful either.In addition, only a few sockets work.

The guesthouse is full of BED BUGS!! Please refrain from making a booking! They even run around in the kitchen, which is central to all the rooms! The landlord didn't contact us on site and still doesn't contact us. We moved to another hotel partly because of the conditions. The health department has already been informed so that no one has to admit the damage!

100% recommend. Quality - price. It is close to a supermarket, restaurant, coffee and subway station. The accommodation has cooking, refrigerator and washing machine. That's why you can cook your food and wash your clothes. The human resources department is nice.

Basic but more than enough for a cheap stay in Berlin. Everything was clean. The location is convenient: metro is very close and there is a supermarket around the corner.

Unfortunately you can't give negative points... The room was clean, but booking.com should state that the guesthouse is in the middle of the street, the girls go in and out there with their clients. I didn't feel safe at all there and would have checked out there again immediately if it wasn't for my husband!!! The idea of sharing the bathroom with a prostitute made me gag... If you're into that, okay, but it's better to invest a little more and feel comfortable than to stay there again... Never again!!!

The hotel was booked in February 2020. via Booking.com, but due to COVID-19, booking in March 2020 had to cancel. At the same time, before canceling, we contacted Pension Puschkin, where he promised to return part of the money for the reservation. There are no refunds for the month of September!!! There is no response to all letters sent through Booking.com and Telegram! An excellent opportunity during the COVID-19 pandemic to enrich yourself at the expense of clients, without even providing services!!!

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. The shared bathroom was unclean and smelled very unpleasant. There were urine stains on the bed, nothing was clean and the table was only poorly patched together. There were no staff and check-in didn't go smoothly either. We immediately changed to another hotel. We got the price refunded at some point.
