Pension is pension. Do not expect too much. But breakfast is very good and the location is great. For this small money You get great value. For 10 EUR you can get 24 hour private parking in the yard.

That's right, the parking lot is good and can be booked for 10 euros. There is a subway station nearby. The breakfast room is clean.I would like to say a little more about the guesthouse if... yes, if I had stayed there. Maybe they would be happy to accept a few more bookings here and then relocate. It happened to me the same way and I was accommodated in another "doss house" 1 km away. Bad! You were allowed to walk there again for breakfast because that was where the parking lot was. At the other place you might have been able to buy one at favorable conditions (X euros per day and on the street). The breakfast itself, well...clear but not necessarily as described in the ad. The room for this is more of a room for street sales, small but clean.

It wasn't a very nice experience. The rooms were far too small for two people. If both of them are getting ready for the day, it's almost impossible to do that. The bathroom is also so small that when you sit on the toilet you have the sink right in your face.WiFi was only available to a limited extent because the connection in the room was too poor. In addition, we only received one key for two people. Despite the assurance that you could come into the house during the day, that wasn't the case.A split bill, which we urgently needed, was also not feasible and the price for 3 nights was excessively expensive. Well, it's fair to say that everything was more or less sold out back then. But I can't recommend this to anyone at all.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pension ABC in Berlin and I highly recommend this accommodation. The location on Kurfürstenstrasse is ideal for exploring the city, as many attractions such as Berlin Zoo and Kurfürstendamm are in the immediate vicinity. From the very beginning I felt very welcome at Pension ABC. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the included breakfast, which was fresh and varied every morning. There was a good selection of food to suit every taste. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The free WiFi worked perfectly, which was very important for me as a business traveler. The quiet atmosphere of the guesthouse helped me to relax after a long day in the city. Overall, my stay at Pension ABC was a very positive experience. I will definitely come back and can recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for cozy and well-located accommodation in Berlin.

Very centrally located guesthouse.The service was very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful if you have any questions.The room was clean and well equipped. It wasn't loud even though it faced the street. The bathroom was also ok.Breakfast rich and varied.Locked parking is available for 10 euros per day. Top.Price performance really ok.Recommended

Catastrophic hygienic conditions!This guesthouse stands out because of its absolutely dirty rooms and catastrophic hygienic conditions! Stained and yellowed bedding, bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, dust and dirt everywhere! Only huge pieces of dust came out of the completely blocked fan in the bathroom. Warning: health hazard! Heaters defective! Elevator in a disastrous technical condition. The ride becomes a test of courage! Warning: Danger to life! It's better to use the stairs, the elevator only stops between floors anyway. Broken and outdated furniture from the bulky waste! If that doesn't bother you, you should experience breakfast first! Expired food, nothing refrigerated, hot food such as (eggs, omelets, sausages ice cold, probably from the day before). If nothing is refilled, that's not a bad thing, because we've lost our appetite anyway.But that's not the worst of it! If you ask the absolutely incompetent staff about the deficiencies, physical violence will be used on the guest. We had to end our trip early after 1 night and notify the police and health authorities.It may be that an establishment in the well-known Red Light District of Berlin (Kurfürstenstr.) is very cheap and popular with punters as a love hotel, but for tourists it is definitely an unforgettable stay of a special kind. You can only hope that you don't catch something else there has. We barely escaped alive.Do yourself a favor and avoid this guesthouse.
