First of all: The reception from the landlord was nice. But then it stops. There is an unpleasant smell in the house. It's probably due to the kitchen, where smells can spread everywhere, but you're welcome to use it. The room itself is enough to stay overnight. But you shouldn't look into the details. And the mattresses no longer deserve the name. After consulting about room service, I was informed that this was only done every 3 days. Congratulations.There is a subway station at a good distance from where you can quickly get to the center.

Was an absolute failure. The room was terribly unclean, cobwebs hung from the ceiling, the curtain from the window was full of stains and the window was broken. The bathroom was an oasis of mold.The entrance area smelled like the basement of an old house.And the best thing of all were the beds, the mattresses were already past their best.

Dear people,I have to say, my stay in your guesthouse in Berlin was really an adventure! Shortly before I arrived, I received a call that sounded like a bad joke - you actually wanted to put me in your second location!I booked a double bed and what did I get instead? Two single beds so far apart that I almost had to build a bridge between them. A romantic atmosphere definitely looks different - unfortunately cuddling or falling asleep together wasn't possible unless I was an acrobat.And ceilings decorated with spider webs - how wonderful! I had the pleasure of living my adventure in the spider kingdom. Even the beds apparently hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner or broom under the mattress in their entire lives. The window was broken and unfortunately the curtain had never been washed.The room seemed to be a shrine to dirt and mold, I almost felt like I was in a bad weather cave. The mattresses have probably experienced more stories than the entire city of Berlin.And then the payment - I was allowed to get rid of my money as soon as I arrived, as if I had a suitcase full of banknotes. Don't worry, I'm not a secret agent, but I would have expected a little more trust.But the best is yet to come: When I left, I was basically chased out of the pension! Nobody was willing to accept the room key personally. Instead, I was told on the phone that I should just leave the key in the room and disappear. Is your team afraid of personal contact or do you just like escape room games?My conclusion: Your guesthouse is a real insider tip... if you're looking for a dirty, musty and unfriendly experience. Bravo!

High-value cigarettes disappeared from my room, during the day the windows on the ground floor facing the street were left open and left like that until the evening. Anyone from the street can come in and take things. I do not recommend it wholeheartedly

Once and never again. Booked for 2 days, was allowed to take a warm shower for 9 minutes once in these 2 days, now only cold water comes out of the tap. Well, thank you very much. For 250 euros I expect a lot more.

Incredibly terrible and scary there! The service is terrible. When you came into the lobby, there was a smell of various things with a strong smell of fish (let's not even start with the kitchen🤮).The worst thing, however, was when an employee came into the room at 11 a.m. (1 day before we left) and opened the door. We were sleeping and he shouted loudly: "hello??departure" he knew full well that we still had one more day. Otherwise he wouldn't have let us in at the front, incredibly scary! Luckily I wasn't there alone, otherwise I wouldn't know what would have happened! He didn't even apologize, the answer was "oh ok". He wasn't even embarrassed, as if he did it every day, there was an older foreign man wearing an undershirt...The room was ok, but no trash can in the room. When you came into the bathroom and turned on the light switch, the ventilation system made loud screaming noises every time you turned it on.Overall, I would never recommend it.

Surprisingly nice room in a good location. The highlight for Berlin standards is the beautiful bathroom.Freshly made bed, clean room, two towels per person.Reception was quick and easy. In addition, all residents have access to a kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven with hob and microwave.Tip: Parking in front of the house is much cheaper using parking apps (around €10 a day) than using cash at the parking machines.

Perfect for a short stay. The reception may be a little daunting as there is no reception and you have to wait in the "lobby" for someone to get the keys, but it was still very quick and we were in our room within 15 minutes.This had a spacious and high quality shower and a large bed. The apartments are generally well located but still quiet.One point of criticism would be warm water, as it ran out in the morning and then it had to be a cold shower.Plus points: there is a kitchen with a microwave that can be shared. The WiFi was also very good; we were able to stream in HD without any problems.With this apartment you have everything you need for an economical stay in Berlin.

Superficially clean-looking but pillows have stains in several places. So does the mattress. I kept waking up from my struggle with the slipping mattress, which was placed on top without a support frame, so I had to adjust the bed depending on how I slept. I wanted to make pizza in the kitchen after 3 and a half hours, Task on my part because the results are not satisfactory. But very central city location lots of different foodOpportunities for cafes, music bars with live music, great location

The apartment is big but it is horrible. It is an old office at street level converted into an apartment. You can't open the blinds because if you do you are in sight of those passing by on the street so you have to keep the light on all day. It's sad, bad furniture, everything reminds you of a military hostel (from war times). They advertise that they have free parking and it is a lie, the parking is on the street and not here but a few streets away because here it is with a ticket. The terrible reception, very unfriendly and collaborative, was even scary. One towel per person and one roll of paper for every two. The kitchenware is bad and old and there is no microwave. There are no pillows but cushions and there is nothing but a folded blanket on top of each bed. The price... is outrageous for the service they provide (€250/day), in advance and with a deposit of €150 in case you break something (I don't know what can be broken). The WiFi is slow and you also have to pay €15. Anyway... the saddest and most outrageous thing I have ever seen in my life.
