We spent four relaxing days at Landhaus Schwaben. The family room is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The highlight was the great breakfast with warm rolls. We were able to go on wonderful hikes and it wasn't far to Tegernsee. Thank you for your hospitality and see you soon.

Very nice owners. Located slightly above the lake. About 20 minutes on foot. Quiet location. Very varied, fresh and delicious breakfast. Very clean and quiet.

We spent a few very nice days at Landhaus Schwaben and were thrilled! The hosts are incredibly friendly and make the stay very pleasant. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The breakfast is prepared with a lot of love, fresh and very tasty. We looked forward to it every morning! The rooms are cozy, clean and nicely decorated. The area is quiet, there are parking spaces in front of the house and it is only a 15-20 minute walk to the lake. In any case, we would love to come back!

Very cute country house with cozy and very clean rooms and a beautiful garden.The hosts are so warm and attentive, you feel right at home.Very quiet location in Bad Wiessee within walking distance of the lake.Lovingly prepared breakfast with a lot of choice, especially now in summer you can also have breakfast on the terrace - wonderful.Gladly again very soon!

It was really very nice there! The view from the room was a dream, the hosts were super nice! It took about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Tegernsee, but you lived away from the hustle and bustle. I really liked it there. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly large but it was ok :)We were satisfied :)

Well-kept guesthouse with very friendly hosts and good beds, great breakfast and all at fair prices.Everything is clean and well-kept, even if some things are quite old, that didn't bother us, but the rest was fine.Nice garden with various seating areas. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the lake. There are enough parking spaces at the house.

Nice, quiet location, just a 10-15 minute walk down to the lake.Our room in the top floor, simple but absolutely well-kept, great mattresses, balcony even with a small view of Lake Tegernsee :-)What should be highlighted is the noticeably warm friendliness of the operating couple and the absolutely great breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired.We liked being there.

Very nice hosts.The breakfast was very good, everything was available from eggs to yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit salad, sausage, various cheeses, tomato mozzarella... There were also freshly baked gluten-free rolls. There was also a refrigerator that you could use.The room with a terrace was very clean.Parking directly in the yard.Nice gardenI'd love to come back.

The stay was great, unfortunately only two nights. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. We'd love to come back, this time for a longer period of time. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house. The garden is very well maintained and invites you to linger.

It felt like home. We were 2 adults and one kid, we got a big room with an extra single bed and a table with chairs. We had no balcony, but it was not a problem because the house has a big garden where you can sit. There is also a self-service fridge with drinks for an affordable price. The hosts are very nice. We were very satisfied with the breakfast food, all high quality and tasty. The location is nothing special, but it is in a quiet area, walkable distance from the lake and town center and there is a small river right behind the garden which makes for a nice soundtrack while you are chilling under the sun. Overall, for the price, this place was great.

A small place with a big heart. The guesthouse is affordable, and cozy. As for the affordable, you get more than you paid. the hosts Sonja and Konrad are generous and warm, welcoming you like family. the rooms are cozy inviting you to spend time in them. I highly recommend a visit to the Landhaus Schwaben.

Clear recommendation!Great location, you can take nice walks to the lake and go on short hikes directly from the hotel.Very, very nice service, you feel very comfortable there. We'd love to come back.
