Very nice welcome and clean. However, the rooms/furniture are very outdated and no longer suitable for a hotel. Silicone mold in the shower, barrier hinge broken out, two different beds and mattresses, etc. The price-performance ratio (€110 per night without breakfast) is not right.

Staff gossips about guests, bottomless boss and generally just not that cool. At least it's sufficiently expensive.Better steer clear.

TVs fall off the wall as if by magic. If you see the fastening in the plaster wall, it's clear that at some point the dogs will bite someone... Me, of course. So my tip... keep your eyes open.

The hotel left a lasting, if not positive, impression on me.The hotel is reasonably priced, so you shouldn't expect too much, but just a little more.PositiveThe breakfast service is okay. The room is a decent size. There is a charging station for electric vehicles.NegativeUnfortunately there was only one charging station, which was also occupied by the hotel itself. The response was quick, but perhaps a second station would make sense in this case. On the way to my room I noticed a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes. Unfortunately, this smell also penetrated my room, definitely not pleasant for a non-smoker. The furniture in the room is past its best, the mattress is pretty sagging. There's also a problem with cleanliness... massive amounts of hair on the floor (from the previous guest?), mold in the shower and silverfish on the wall. Last but not least, the hotel is located in the approach area of the airport.

If you stay in this hotel for 2 days, you might not notice most of the issues. But if you stay for a longer period, you might expect something like this:- after 3 days, you start to dislike the breakfast- after 4 days, if it rains, your ceiling starts to leak (if you live on the top floor)- after 5 days, the pipes installation might get blocked- after 6 days, the silverfish start coming out and invading your room- after a week, when you expect cleaning to be done, you still live in the same dirt basically, but with “fresh” bedsheetsAfter this week, you might expect cockroaches, bed bugs, etc. And also, you are supposed to provide for yourself basic hotel services, like soap. Anyway, even the trash outside the hotel isn’t emptied away for weeks.

I don't know whether I should talk about the plumbing problems, the bedbugs, the cleaning, or the unkept state the hotel can be found at. At a certain point even dogs could be seen freely urinating everywhere in the lobby. Definitely won't come back.

After some time living here I experienced more than in my entire life. In the negative sence.1) The waste is removed from the containers rarely, we noticed rats several times, maggots everywhere. Impossible to open the window if you live just right to them.2) Pick your "pet" for today: cockroach, fly (10 in advance), bedbug, silverfish etc. Even after moving out of this hotel I'm still triggered when I see something suspicious moving in my room. That's disgusting.3) Sometimes on the cleaning days rooms were just not cleaned.4) They will charge you for everything they can. Cost of washing machine is 1€/hour, a standard programme lasts 60 min. Once it finishes, you cannot open the door to take out your clothes until you pay another 1€. Same comes for the drying machine.5) The main administrator was as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about other personnel in the hotel.

I have to say that I have not been in such a bad hotel for a long time. Location in the middle of an industrial area - why not, at least it's close to the train station, it's not a major problem (although the honking of police cars or listening to drifting from the adjacent parking lot is a bit disturbing at night). But the basic problem is the cleaning - the hotel and the individual rooms are dirty and, for example, the dust was wiped only once in two months. Hoovering is also only occasionally and I am not even talking about any deeper cleaning of the room. Bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders - you'll find everything in the rooms and you won't bring it home with a little luck. The kitchen is very small and with only a minimum of equipment, you have to ask for a change of cloth, as well as soap or detergent; but you have to buy the sponges with your own money. After all, everything that could be charged in the hotel is charged. I am surprised that there is no charge for coffee for the breakfast, which is quite poor. In general, with the staff, you get the feeling that you are really getting in the way there.Waste water regularly flows out of the bathroom and kitchen, especially on the lower floors, a real treat. The garages also have a warehouse for all kinds of waste and discarded cars. A true beauty. Like the bathrooms, which are not ventilated, so your towel won't dry there until the next day - if you put it in your room to dry - you will get a warning that it is forbidden!I will summarize it simply - if you have the option of staying in another hotel, do it.
