Unfortunately there was mold in the shower. The tiles on the bathtub were broken. The toilet was extremely dirty. This would have to be replaced. The filter coffee machine was unusable because it was broken. …

Rooms were quite big and everything is pretty neat clean.Seems to me location is perfect just near to the center of the town.Went for several times however never seen anybody for service or anything.Otherwise everything is on top noch.

We were promised a baby bed upon arrival, which was not available until next morning despite several phone calls asking for it.|Not enough cutlery for all guests.|No cleaning (not even removal of trash) during our 5-nights stay.|Shower was terrible.|Never received the access code on mail including wifi password.

We had an apartment on Bundesallee with a view of the quiet inner courtyard. Very good size, kitchen very well equipped, even a washing machine in the bathroom, supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, playground 150 m, Ludwigkirchplatz and Kurfürstendamm within 10 - 15 minutes on foot, 2 subway lines in front of the door.

1 star for the size of the apartment!Otherwise it's a total disaster!!!You haven't heard anything about cleanliness here and you have to clean everything yourself first, even though a cleaning company is supposed to have cleaned the apartment beforehand!!??? Only the freshly made beds and towels were clean! The furniture, kitchen equipment and especially the bathroom were anything but clean!! You can't get rid of the musty smell by airing it out. At night the neighbors or tenants scream. aggressive, who also live here in the complex, through the hallways and running up and down in front of the door, 2 nights in a row, several times a night, mind you!!!!! You can be startled out of your sleep and the apartment door, which a 6 year old could enter with his left hand, doesn't necessarily give you the security you need!!!! Once and never again!!!

Top location near “Kurfürstendamm” subway station. Apartments very well maintained and clean. Service 1a. Late check out is completely unproblematic. Available in the room: vacuum cleaner, iron, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cooking utensils. So everything has been thought of. Price for such a great location and amenities is also possible.
