DON’T BOOK THIS! Definitely don't book this, even if it's 10 times cheaper than everything else! This is just a scam company stealing personal data!This is simply the worst experience of interacting with anything!! Even Putin's policeman who beats people up at street is more customer-oriented than this company!This is just a nightmare, I booked it specifically a month before the trip. Now that there is less than a week left before the trip, I can't get an answer from them with an access code. Moreover, I can't get anything from them at all, except mockery. I've been writing to them on booking and to the email they indicated for a whole week, no answer at all. And by the way, the email is the same info that they ask to write to here to solve the problem. They will never answer it, I've been writing there several letters a day for a whole week! Okay, I went to the website, found another email "custom service" yeah, even a monkey would have helped me more, the only thing they can say is "you will answer as soon as we get to your application." Are you kidding me?? I've been writing to you for a WEEK, I can tell I'm really angry, and the only thing you can tell me is - “wait”??? Is this your customer service? Open my letter, look at my documents and say “everything's fine - here's your access code”?? That's 5 minutes of your time, and you've been messing with my brain for a WEEK. NEVER, NEVER NEVER, DEAL WITH THEM.Do you know what they'll write back to me? WRITE TO US BY EMAIL Info, but they'll never answer!

Actually not even one star, actually not recommended. The trip should still take place, but the accommodation does not want to rebook. Although it says on all pages that you can change your travel dates. Unfortunately in the hospital, never book vision apartments again. Worst experience we have had with Booking.com so far.

The worst accommodation of our entire trip, we waited for hours and we were never able to enter because the code they sent us was incorrect, they only made us waste time and we paid much more, since we had to look for other accommodation and since the season was high, there were only hotels available at a higher price, I do not recommend it in the least.

Hence why I have had to leave a review here. I have also emailed your other head office email, messaged you on Linkedln, instagram and still no response. The people at the reception were very nice and we were able to leave our suitcases there before check-in.The room was a little musty but you can ventilate it. It was very nice and the kitchen is also very practical. Cleanliness could have been a little better but it was okay.Unfortunately there was only one duvet, another one would have cost €30!!!!! That's cheeky, since we booked for two people, I also want two blankets.Otherwise everything went well.The check-in worked by email, of course it is a bit more complicated with the personal details that you have to send in, but after that it was very uncomplicated.

It's worth reading. Our flight was delayed and we arrived a little later than we had planned. However, we arrived at the establishment at 4:30 pm (10/11/2024). Upon arrival, we noticed that the entire system is automated, but despite having sent all the documentation that was requested months ago, the access code to the accommodation was not sent. There was an attendant at the reception, when we spoke to her about not having received the code, she was super arrogant and treated us very badly, saying that she would not help us because she would finish work at 5 pm and would not have time to help with check-in. It was absurd and disrespectful to the guest. In addition, we spent more than 2 hours trying to contact the accommodation's support emails and phones, but no response on any of the channels. I had to cancel and book another accommodation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE.

A real disaster. When I got to the room, everything was full of open beers, edges of pizza, unmade bed, towels on the floor... Obviously unmade... In the hallway, a couple looking at their room that was in the same state or worse ...And of course, there is no one at the reception to ask/complain, just a phone that no one answers. I sent them an email in which they asked me for photos of the room, and instead of sending someone to make the room, or solve the problem as a normal company would have done, that is, give me a solution for that night, make the room and to be able to go the rest of the days, they answered me that they would proceed to make the payment of the total reservation and cancel everything (which by the way took almost 2 weeks to do). If you can, choose any other hotel/company.

I had a terrible experience at Visionapartments in Berlin. Upon arrival, I found the apartment in an absolutely unacceptable state. The furniture was damaged, the surfaces were dirty, and the whole place looked neglected and unsanitary. It was clear that basic maintenance and cleaning had been overlooked.There was no staff on-site to help, and despite contacting Visionapartments directly to address the issue, I never received a response. I had to leave immediately and find alternative accommodations. Thankfully, Booking.com stepped in to help secure a refund, but the hotel itself completely ignored my complaints.If you’re considering staying here, I’d strongly advise against it. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and the lack of customer service made it even worse.

We stayed in room 305, we liked everything. Positive aspects: the room is big, clean. Negative aspects: noisy outside, we slept with earplugs, no air conditioning, very small double bed, we slept on our sides.

First of all, I didn't like:to write letters 3 or 4 times with people's data to the reverse address, and they automatically say to send it again to the same e-mail address and did not send the access code until the evening :(and when you call in Germany, they don't speak German...then we were greeted by a room with a bed wide enough for two people - 140 cm, but maybe. and with 1 blanket, even though people with different surnames don't want to sleep under 1 blanket :(The blanket is thick and it's 24 degrees outside :(Towels are hard, robes are small.Lamps work the hell out of magic.In the bathroom, the taps are broken, the shower hose is torn, some of the lamps are not lit and some are cut. I added a photo. Dust mountain.I put a photo.TV shows channel 1 and others as radio.we have no complaints about the kitchen, everything was needed.

Rooms are terrible but the customer service is outrageously rude, dismissive and unhelpful.Got woken up one morning by music playing through a speaker inside the apartment - someone had switched this on to wake me up?!Their check in system is ludicrous and set up so they don't have to lift a finger but make you do all their work for them.Boiling hot room with no air conditioning and trams running outside all night. No cold water in the taps - just hot - which makes drinks very difficult.Wish I'd stayed at the hostel next door - their staff were really friendly and I would've saved €400.The worst place I've ever stayed, anywhere.

We were very lucky, we stayed in the 10th floor with the TV tower for a view. The room wasn't very clean, the fan wasn't working which was a problem since the days were hot. But we really loved the experience. I would probably chose it again.

**Worst experience ever!**I have never experienced such a bad apartment in my life. From the start the noise was unbearable – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sleeping was almost impossible. The apartment was also dirty, there was dust and trash everywhere, and the musty smell was just disgusting.The beds were hard and uncomfortable, making you wake up every morning with back pain. Everything in the apartment seemed old and run down, as if nothing had been renovated in decades.The staff were no help either - unfriendly and not at all sociable. If you had problems, you felt completely alone. I can definitely not recommend this apartment!
