More appearance than reality, definitely not worth the high price. Even if the landscape around it is beautiful.

The food and the physiotherapists are good, but that's about it. No WiFi in the rooms. These (especially the bathroom) are very small, old-fashioned and spartan. Service is zero. Every wish, no matter how small, costs extra. You constantly feel ripped off. Complaints or suggestions will only be taken into account after constant pressure. The management can be completely denied. Absolutely unworthy of a 4 star hotel. Accommodation and treatments must be paid directly on the day of departure - a total of a medium 4-digit amount for three weeks of treatment. All spa guests (even former regulars) agreed: Never again!

First of all, you have to understand that spa and leisure guests are different species that collide here, but are treated very differently. It starts with the quality of the bathrobes, goes through the rooms and ends with the farewell, where as a spa patient you only receive the bill and not, as observed, a bag with "give aways".But there are also differences among spa guests, which is reflected in the quantity of food. It's stupid when you sit at a table and are treated differently. But everyone is housed in an institution/hotel.After a three-week stay, I think I can make a judgment because I notice a lot.I am also amazed at how some people here are critical of the staff and possible leisure activities. To start with, all the employees are really committed and do their best. At the same time, friendly, personable and humane, this also means that a mistake might happen from time to time. We are humans and not AI.It's also great that there are many trainees in all areas who do a great job!At this point I don't have to keep a diplomatic low profile like Ms. Eggensberger and can only say that perhaps some people shouldn't hold their noses so high. The leisure opportunities in the area are very good. Here, too, I don't understand the criticism. Wonderful area and fantastic location with a view over Lake Hopfensee towards the Alps. *****Likewise the creative, delicious organic cuisine, although after 3 weeks I was longing for something down-to-earth. A simple currywurst/fries with organic mayo.A veggie day is great, but a free, optional meat side dish is real satire because there are two main dishes to choose from anyway. But that's just how it is in Bavaria, where a meat food blogger also happens to be Prime Minister. The only point of criticism has already been mentioned by many. These are the different rooms. This concerns size, lighting, balcony, outdated sanitary facilities.I had problems with a broken toilet flush that made noises at night. The spare part was probably ordered, but we're in Germany, so that can take a while. After 12 days, there was a loud noise from the heating, which cost me two almost sleepless nights. Only then was another, nicer and larger room available for spa guests.I would have liked a small sign of accommodation here. I think in the hotel sector this would definitely have been a reason for a price reduction. Conclusion: Except for a few short stays (which other spa guests also complained about), everything was tip-top!!!
