Basically everything is absolutely OK - there are the usual, more than questionable restrictions like the coffee machine, which can *only* be used for breakfast, but that's apparently omnipresent, so nothing special.Checkin was pretty easy, but even with reservations and payment through companies requires your own credit card (wtf?).Breakfast times are generous and the rooms are small but very nice, you even have your own bathtub. Room cleaning seems reliable and comes at reasonable times. Breakfast is delicious and fresh, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.Basically: a solid recommendation, you should never look at the holiest of all artifacts (the coffee machine) after breakfast - that seems to be a sacrilege of the highest order.

We checked into this hotel for one night on 10/14/24. The ladies at reception were only moderately friendly; every question seemed too complicated or too much. Our room was apparently only equipped for one person. Back at reception we were told that the equipment for the second person would of course have to be taken out of the closet ourselves. A friendly cleaner who happened to be in the hallway did it for us. Of course that's not a drama, but for 175 euros per night I don't think a furnished room with a duvet, pillows and towels is excessive. The rest in bullet points:-Water bottle missing in room.-Furniture rejected-Sink shapeless, as I wear glasses I can't put on make-up properly.-Sink has poorly patched areas, looks disgusting-High-quality care products were promised - not even a cream or anything small was available-Air conditioning does not coolI initially sent this information to the hotel by email, but there was no response. So now this review as a warning, we are really very disappointed.

The central location is good. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. When it comes to breakfast or the hotel bar, you shouldn't set your expectations too high.

Never this hotel again. We booked and paid for the hotel (3 double rooms and 2 single rooms, €1823.00) through secret escapes. Five days after our departure, a credit card was charged again for the same amount. This was immediately complained about. In the first few days there was no one available who could or wanted to help. After more than a week and a harsher tone, the matter was resolved. The rooms are not worth the money. Toilets and showers directly in the room. After showering, the room is flooded because there is no proper separation. The breakfast is nothing special...

The bathroom is separated with a curtain. As far as I'm concerned. On the one hand you can hear the neighboring rooms, on the other hand you can no longer think about sleeping after 4 a.m. Window is extremely poorly soundproofed and the tram rattles past right in front of the window every few minutes. The curtain is too small for the windows and light always comes in from outside somewhere.Sleep mask and earplugs are strongly recommended.

We were very satisfied. We were there for one night for a concert. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and completely sufficient for 2 people. We were able to leave our suitcases for a few hours both before check-in and after check-in for free. There is a train station directly in front of the hotel and a subway station a few meters away. It's not particularly loud at night and the location is very good. When we got hungry at night, we could just go to the kebab shop opposite. We can only recommend the hotel. :)

If there were zero stars, that’s what I would choose. Worst hotel ever! Stayed her with EF/Go Ahead tours. A/C was broken for all three days. Temp outside was 85. No fans available.  …

The reception is also a café. I waited half an hour to check in. Afterwards I was told that they would take a 50 euro deposit from me and give it back after a few days. I only got around 43 euros back. My company won't cover these 7 euros now because it's too late. And I don't get this from the hotel after talking to me on the phone. Just had a really bad experience. Apparently she doesn't care what it sounded like. I don't care if it's mandatory city taxes. They said I would totally get it back! Deeeeppoooosit for depooosit not for City Tax. Incredible
