Great hotel and service. Free laundry in the basement was a big plus.Only critique is the sound of the trains, that was really loud even with doors and windows closed. It sounded like the trains ran through the apartment.Not a place for light sleepers.We stayed on the second floor

I initially received an apartment on the 1st floor, which is above the terrace of the in-house bar. Since this was not an option for me due to the noise at the weekend, I was given two alternative apartments to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. It was wonderful on the fourth floor with a view of the park - in the morning you could hear the birds chirping and you could have breakfast on the wonderful balcony. The apartment is excellently equipped, has very comfortable beds, 2 TVs and blackout curtains. It was very clean and the furniture was new and well maintained. The bathroom was small but very functional and modern. There are enough closets for clothes and a safe. There are shops nearby and several public transport connections, so you can get anywhere quickly. The welcome bottle of Crémant was also a pleasant surprise. Check-in was uncomplicated and I was able to leave my suitcase on arrival and departure. Overall, I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back! Thanks for the great service.

Excellent place with a beautiful view. The design, space and details are of very good quality and good taste. Functional and with a large terrace.Strategic location, close to the underground. It is a bit noisy because the subway line runs underneath.

Stayed in apartment 201 on Invalidenstraße for 3 nights with 3 friends. Top class apartment and facilities, immaculately clean and a great spot in Mitte with nearby train and trams to bring you anywhere. Katrin was excellent and very responsive to any issues, would happily stay again.

When we entered the hotel we were immediately warmly welcomed.The owner and hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was also very clean, tidy and had a great view. There is a tram stop directly opposite the hotel, which was really helpful for us as we liked taking the train to our locations.Our location on the next trip to Berlin will definitely be in the Downtown Hotel again.

I booked online direct with the website which was very easy. Good instructions on how to do self checkin, which we needed as we were arriving late, and it all worked as described. The apartment itself (Bright Outlook) was on the 4th floor at the back overlooking a park so very pleasant & reasonably quiet, and looked exactly like the photos on the website. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and quite modern. The location was also fantastic as it was opposite a subway station that we used a bit, a tram stop right out front, good coffee shops and restaurants as well as supermarket nearby. The staff at the front desk were lovely and friendly and always happy to help.I would highly recommend these apartments!
