I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. The building was very secure and I felt safe. The room was clean with a lovely shower and bathroom. It was in a great central location and had free WiFi. My only complaint was that the pillow was awful!

The biggie: no fire alarms - neither in the room nor on the floor!! Illegal! During the aforementioned arrival, I still had to sit around in the café for 1.5 minutes before the cleaning ladies opened the door. The room is not yet ready for occupancy. The floor wasn't mopped or vacuumed afterwards either; The toilet smelled terrible and water kept collecting in front of it. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

According to the provider, check in by 11.30 p.m. but if you get there at 10 p.m. there is no bell and there is an answering machine from a real estate company on the phone number.

Location of the apartments is great.Facilities and service more than bad. Unfriendly, beyond dirty.Thick dust, mold, defective TV cable, bed read through and slatted frame broken through.It's a shame never again

I have to take a stand here. The accommodation is great for the price. The rooms are small but comfortable. The WiFi works without restrictions. Unfortunately the TV didn't work, but that didn't bother us.Yes the walls are thin, but there are 100 accommodations that are the same.The location is simply perfect for Berlin visitors.Handing over the keys was uncomplicated and the gentleman was friendly.The connection to the U and Sbahn is GREAT

Simple equipment is okay, but there were a number of annoying defects. The WiFi was not available and the connections were torn out. Toilet lid very loose, bathroom door squeaked and creaked loudly. No smoke detector (it was torn down). Overall, not recommended despite the good location and quiet courtyard.
