Good value apartments very close to the Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial. Apartments can be in in various blocks in the area, so you can have a walk from reception to apartment. Ours was very large and overlooked the car park that was the site of Hitlers Bunker (there was a sign in the street). Apartment was really big , but sparsely decorated and did lack a homely feel. It just depends if you value this. It could just do with an ornament or two, cushions on the settee, a rug or something. But location is superb, near Brandenburg Gate, local restaurants, a superb supermarket and a couple of underground stations. For the price it was worth the sparseness for the location. The reception building will let you store backs if you have a late flight out of Berlin.

Major advantage: its location!More than spartan equipment, no microwave but a washing machineSmall fridge for 2 bedroom/4 pax apartment. Disastrous mattress.Crossing apartment, rooms overlooking the courtyard, good soundproofing compared to the outside against a noisy building, you can take full advantage of the neighbors above.Supplied: dishwashing liquid, 1 dishcloth, 1 tea towel, 2 dishwasher tablets, toilet paper.No welcome products.

Nice room, but the stairwell was often dark, dirty and empty.Was in a great location, reception was also great!However, there was almost nothing within a good walking distance, so people often left by scooter/metro.

Very close to everything, most attractions can be reached within a few minutes' walk. At the bottom of the house and in the surrounding houses, you can find restaurants and shopping, a huge supermarket and a track are 5 minutes away.

Unfortunately very poorly explained, wrong street and little information. The rooms were okay, quite noisy but the beds were reasonably good. It was very sparsely furnished and there were a few stains and some holes in the walls. Not again, that's why only 2 stars.

Our apartment was on the 5th floor, elevator available.It was clean and functionally furnished. We were missing the homely feel, pictures on the walls, cushions on the sofas, etc.The location is great for exploring the city.

My friends and I lived there for 1 night on Oct-1-2024.TBH, I would not recommend this Apartment Hotel.Location is good, and that was the reason we booked this place a couple of weeks before we travelled to Berlin. It was probably the only reason people would choose this place.Rude and useless staff -We arrived at the apartment, and happened to meet staff there who was distributing keys to the drop-boxes. We asked the staff where the Parking Lot was since we drove a car. This staff was very rude and not helpful (or did not care at all). He told us to read the instruction sheet (see attached picture) that comes with keys.On the sheet, it marked a route how to get there. We thought that was the parking lot. So we unloaded our luggage from the car and sent one of our friends to park the car.Guess what ? The pink route on the map was just telling us where our apartment was, and there was no instruction at all for guest parking. Those parking signs on the map were for the residents not for the visitors. We tried so many times at the parking gate but could not figure out how to open it. We tried to call the hotel reception but no one answered the phone. 30 minutes later we gave up and found a public parking lot.He could have saved us lots of time and energy by telling us they did not have parking lot that they described on the ads.Unfriendly Amenities -So we finally carried our luggage and walked in the this socialist, Khrushchev style building, exhausted. Per instruction, we located the WIFI password (see below).I am just curious - was it really absolutely necessary for the landlord to set up a 20-digits, upper case, lower case and number mixed password? Did the landlord ever cares how its guests feel? The Guests have to bend their ass in front of the TV set to read and type that 20-digits password with lower and upper case switch on their cellphone screen!I would say, come on, this is just a B&B apartment hotel and it is not the Stasi's data center that a bunch of spies wanting to breaking in. What is your point to set up such complicated password? People check out the next day!And there was no Shampoo and Soap in the bath room. So the best you can do is to rinse yourself and dry yourself.To summarize - stay away from this place, but if you would like to experience service and life in a socialist country, please book the apartment. (I can say this because I lived in a socialist country for 30 years and I knew exactly how it looks like. People don't care and there is no any service and you figure out by yourself).

This apartment is saved by its location and the size of the apartment. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby.The apartment itself was large and bright. However, it was very echoey and loud. We heard neighbors doing construction near midnight. The sounds of footsteps and doors closing really carry throughout the sparsely furnished apartment.This room felt very utilitarian and only provided what feels like the absolute bare minimum.We had one small bed and one larger bed and all of them were very uncomfortable. The pillows and bedding were very cheap and uncomfortable. Everything is very basic and does not reflect the $500+ Canadian we paid per night.The building the apartment is in also has permanent residents in it (so the rental company can’t control what happens in the building) but it was pretty gross to see half smoked cigarette butts and empty alcohol containers in the lifts and common spaces every morning.I would not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

The location was terrific, there were restaurants right downstairs, a shop right across the street, and the Brandenburg Gate was right around the corner. It was spacious and had most kitchen appliances, you can get your own private parking space for 20€/night, which you can reserve in advance.It gets a bit hot inside if you don't leave the windows open, but we couldn't leave them all open because some have bars that small children can easily climb. There was no microwave and no soap for the shower. A crib cost 20€, which is the most I've ever paid, it's usually free or 10€. The rooms were very basic, but that didn't really bother us.

I have many complaints, and some positives to say about this place. However, must pressing and bothersome is that I have been calling the staff at the front office since August 5th (around a month now) requesting that they go and sign out of my YouTube account in Unit 0203 1B. The staff has verbally confirmed to me on four separate occasions that they would go and sign out when the unit was vacated. The unit has been turned over 4 times now, and the staff has never gone and signed out of my YouTube account.Additionally, this place allowed me and my friends to stay in the unit for one night without paying because none of our credit cards were working with their payment system. In the morning, the staff barged in while I was the shower, and attempted to change the locks. I got out of the shower and had to tell them that I was coming downstairs to pay. When I went downstairs to pay, they made me pay with my debit card, leading to a 3% fee that the apartment company would not refund.Furthermore, this place has no working A/C. The little boxes in the rooms are supposed work as A/C, but they are literally falling apart and the filters clearly haven't changed in years. They offer tiny little fans that do not make up for the lack of A/C.Overall, I would only recommend this place to someone who is trying to work with a budget and will be out of the house most of the trip. Not the type of experience you want if you are looking for a relaxing vacation.

Clean rooms. A good number of dishes for breakfast. The location is ok, if you are not terribly interested in bars. There is no air conditioning in the apartments, which is a big shortcoming when it's hot.
