Small but not uncomfortable rooms. My room faces a small courtyard, little view but still fresh air and very quiet.The shower in the room is something different.So far everything is clean and more than ok for the price.Friendly staff.The location is great, just under 5 minutes from Friedrichstrasse S station, it couldn't be more central.Definitely a good option for a short stay while traveling around the city

The rooms are clean, not big, but sufficient. Great for a business trip or city visit. Centrally located. You can quickly reach the government district, the Friedrichstadtpalast, the Museum Island... but it is still very quiet, sleeping with the window open is no problem!WiFi worked well. Bicycle rental station right around the corner.Good starting point for jogging on the Spree!

This accommodation can be booked SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper via Booking.com than by telephone. Same request, almost 50€ difference, they didn't want to give the same price and didn't give it on the phone...... Otherwise quite ok.

It is a great option. The hotel is very well located and it has a lot of groceries and shops nearby.The buffet breakfast option is good, it has averaged options. We had to wait until boiled eggs were ready because scrambled eggs were not available. You can find better breakfast at the Cafe Albrecht (just 1 min away walking).Rooms however are well equipped. There was an electric water boiler that was very useful, although there was no mini fridge.We recommend the Marienkafer pizzeria that is nearby and the breakfast restaurant that is crossing the street called Cafe Albrecht.It is a very good option because it has a lot of transportation options nearby. We went there in September, temperature was good.

Compact and clean room and generally a pleasant stay for 3 nights, although a larger light than the one by the bed would be very useful. Unfortunately, the door lock had been defective since the second evening and could only be opened by an employee with a universal chip and not with the intended code. However, the employee we spoke to was very friendly and helped us immediately, even if he couldn't solve the problem himself.

The hotel is being renovated.We got an old room. Clean yes, not spotless.Still acceptable.I found it strange not to have a new room as we had booked months in advance.Regardless the room the staff is average.They help and sort the requests. They are not proactive. At checkout it was OK but could be so much better. Just tell us where the luggage room is and hand over 2 coins would have been service. But we needed to find it ourselves.Location is perfect. And with new renovated rooms it has potential.Only if staff will become pro active with a smile.Overall. Don't pay more than 120 eur per night max.Breakfast recommend in the area.24h police surveillance as. Ukrainian embassy is next door.

Room did not have a coffee maker, not even a small fridge , not a single cupboard, not shampoo , not conditioner. Hotel charges you for a tea bag. Breakfast is NOT included. Hotel had a dull breakfast for 13 euros . Not recommended.................................................

Typical B&B rooms were OK, we skipped breakfast because B&B plastic breakfast is neither contemporary nor tasty. There is a good breakfast at Albrechts directly to the left of the hotel. However, I don't understand why the toilet in a double room cannot be locked, why there is a five centimeter thick gap under the toilet door and why people think it is a great idea to install a window in the toilet that allows a view through the shower into the office opposite enabled.

The rooms are not huge, but sufficient, the location is very central, the subway and S-Bahn can be reached in a few minutes. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. There is no real separate bathroom, just a small corner with a sink and shower separated by a curtain and a separate toilet with an extra door. The prices are completely ok considering that it is right in the city center. The rooms are also quite quiet and the WiFi was also reasonable. There's actually nothing much to complain about, I wouldn't go on holiday here for 1-2 weeks, but it's perfectly adequate for a few days on a business trip. Parking is difficult, you can rarely find anything there during the week.

The only positive thing is the good location. Breakfast was also rather bland and didn't taste particularly good...The room is really very small. But what doesn't make your stay there so pleasant is the staff. With one positive exception, everyone there is really unfriendly. You also have the feeling that some of the employees don't understand you...The highlight was checking out at the end. Have to wait 20 minutes...All employees sat together at breakfast and no one was at the counter.There are definitely better alternatives in Berlin...

Excellent for the central location to the various services and venues. Not even 5m walk from the station and 10-15m from the main attractions, which makes it very convenient.The only flaw is the cleanliness of the rooms which leaves a lot to be desired and then the rooms themselves are not exactly the best.They are tiny, with sinks that are smaller than our Italian bidets and with cushions that you practically don't want to use.
