Were there for a weekend,we had the family room first class 👍clean and tidy, the wellness arealeaves nothing to be desired and is also very clean and, above all, beautifully furnished, sauna, steam sauna and infrared cabin are excellent. The breakfast buffetvery nicely prepared and fresh is always well refilled.😁The restaurant is also first class, a little tip: reserve a table as the restaurant is very busy. I recommend the wild dishes 😉. Are here regularly with the motorcycle group. At the start of the season and at the end of the season. The area is really very beautiful and offers many opportunities to spend your free time. The parking options and the motorcycle garage are great. Great rooms and very tasty food! The staff is very friendly and special requests are fulfilled quickly. That's how it has to be. The location is perfect for hiking. My room was a very good size and super clean. Thanks to the room fairy!The staff, whether morning or evening, are extremely friendly and helpful!!The breakfast left nothing to be desired and I also enjoyed the evening meal very well.I used the sauna and pool on two days and relaxed wonderfully.I can only recommend the hotel and will definitely go there again myself.

We had a great weekend with delicious food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The hotel has been renovated with great attention to detail, very clean and well maintained.Every room, hallway, area is artfully designed with many elements. We have never seen such a lavishly restored yet modern hotel. It's like an "art house".Perfect as a start to a hike, great for families and children. However, very remote but we already knew that. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation has come to the right place.Breakfast buffet was sensational...we didn't miss anything.We wish the family continued success!

We had a pleasant time.Unfortunately a bit of bad luck with the weather.But we enjoyed the sauna, which is unfortunately a bit small.There are often problems with the picture on the TV in the room.Food very good and the staff very nice.Thanks

Very friendly welcome, clean room. Dogs welcome, bowls were available and the room had a small terrace. Food very good and large enough portions. Unfortunately I wasn't able to test the wellness area. All in all recommended.

Went for something to eat today by bike to the Waldgasthof.We reserved a table in the beer garden.Very nice service.The food (schnitzel with champion cream sauce) was excellent.Everything freshly made. Rarely have I had such a delicious breading. Meat very tender.The fries were spot on too.And the side salad tasted delicious too.11 out of 10 points 😃👍🏼.We'll definitely be back

Very nicely renovated inn with delicious food (including game) from the region. The service is friendly and accommodating.The inn is conveniently located right on the road to Birkenfeld. Which can also be heard in the beer garden. But it's easy to ignore that if you're otherwise well looked after.Unfortunately we can't say anything about the hotel because we didn't use it.

I was in the hotel about a year ago and was very satisfied.I was very satisfied with the food. The rooms were very good and had a nice view in the morning.The breakfast was clear and there was something for everyone.LG
