I spent a week on vacation in the Blauberge single room and was really just completely satisfied! 😊Karin is a fantastic and warm host and just gives you a good feeling right from the start.The room and the shared kitchen were perfectly clean and in good condition. So it wasn't difficult at all to get into the holiday mood from day 1 and let your mind wander.From the accommodation you can reach nature in just a few minutes and the city and Lake Tegernsee are also within walking distance.Another highlight are the animals. Whether it's Moritz the tomcat, who enjoys every stroke, or of course the wonderful alpacas.Thanks to Karin's wonderful instructions and her positive charisma, the alpaca hike was a successful rounding off of my vacation. Riley was really a super relaxed hiking companion. 😇🦙I would come back at any time and have also recommended a stay with Karin to family and friends. For me it was a really successful holiday and without question 5 out of 5 stars in all respects.

Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the host Karin, whose calm manner also contributed to deceleration and relaxation. Your alpaca hike was one of the holiday highlights for us and our friends with children. The room was perfect for us as a family with a 4-year-old child: clean, comfortable and equipped with a spacious balcony. The shared kitchen is only shared with a maximum of three other rooms and contains everything you need for an uncomplicated meal and breakfast. Top price/performance ratio!

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great location, family atmosphere, very friendly and committed hosts.

We (my son & I) felt very comfortable in this family atmosphere. We found everything we needed 😊.Luis was allowed to move around freely, for example playing with the dogs.We also had a little picnic with our friends in front of the house, which is not a given ☺️. Everyone was very welcoming, but especially Karin Hatzl. We were very excited and have already booked summer holidays for next year.Kind regards from KleveKarina Jaron

I very rarely leave reviews, but in this case I want to share information about this place.Our baby is almost 2 years old and she absolutely loves alpacas.Before going to this place we spent 2 weeks repeatedly trying to contact the staff via available phones and email, trying to find out if we needed to make an appointment in advance. But no one answered our call or email.Arriving at the place, we were told that an appointment was required! Of course, this is our mistake, BUT nowhere (neither on the website, nor on Google, nor on Instagram) it was highlighted that a visit without an appointment is impossible.We were met by the staff, and I said that this is a “terrible” situation, because the baby was so looking forward to meet her beloved animals, asking if we could still have some entertainment. To which the employee corrected me, that a “terrible situation is when a mother dies and leaves 5 lonely children". I think this comparison is completely inappropriate!We are a well-mannered family, we never shout, but the employee, with her boorish behavior, simply forced me to speak in a raised voice. And then made remarks that it disturbes the nature around.When I asked if I could use the toilet, the employee suggested me to go to McDonald's, which is 500 meters from here, explaining that this is private territory. Unbelievable customer care!She refused to make any exception for a little baby to interact for literally 5-10 minutes with her favorite animals, while offering to play with her guard dogs instead.She finally suggested waiting for her daughter when the current excursion finishes to see what we can do, but it was enough for us of these attitude and we left.Perhaps if we had an appointment, the communication would be less arrogant and hypocritical. I may probably sound like a brawler in this review, but this is nothing less than an honest review. I was really shocked by the attitude of the lady, she could have deal with it completely differently, leave warm memories about the visit, but for some reason we appeared to be visitors she didn't care about at all.

After a warm welcome, I felt very comfortable on the farm. The single room with a small balcony was great.My highlight was the, in this case, adventurous hike with Karin and alpaca Bruno & his friends ☺️I really enjoy coming back and hopefully soon. Kind regards from the Cologne corner.

I have already done two alpaca hikes with Karin and her eight alpacas and I can only recommend it to everyone! It's a lot of fun to walk with the alpacas through the beautiful landscape. Karin is a very warm person and when she talks, you immediately notice that her heart beats for her alpacas! It's a great pleasure to listen to her - and the Alpaka boys are just a cool gang! ;-) we will definitely come again!

We were guests of Karin and her alpacas for a week. It was a big wish of mine🫠🦙The hike with the alpacas was full of little surprises and very relaxing!!!!!Karin also explained to us very well how to deal with the alpacas.Thank you very much and we will be back🍀🍀🫠
